How to Get Through the Pandemic in a Healthy Way


Amidst the chaos of lockdown, gyming is a far cry, yet we must stay healthy
and happy, hoping that everything gets better as soon as possible. Home quarantining is easier said than done. Undoubtedly, it is highly affecting both our mental and physical health.

We can cope with this by engaging in regular exercise. Many people these days are opting yoga as a medium for relaxing and keeping their mind more active. Furthermore, it is possible to do some weight training at home.

Rather than going out, you can easily take care of yourself by just incorporating some workout routine.

We all know that the health benefits of exercises are substantial. So, here are some exercises you can do to feel more energetic and healthy:

1. Lunges - 10 - 15 reps each leg


2. Squats - 10 - 12 reps


3. Planks - 30 secs - 1 min


4. Jumping Jacks - 20 - 30 reps


5. Cobra stretch - 30 secs


6. Push-ups - 10 - 12 reps


It is important to do both warmup and cool-down before and after the workout respectively. These exercises not only help you get in shape but also provide good sleep.

Doing exercises thrice in a week is recommended for better results. Not only exercises but creative tasks also help in being more attentive and productive. People are increasingly cooking different cuisines at home. It's a fun way not to get bored
