If You Look Closely Real-Life Has More Drama Than Any Of The Reel Ones - Sakshu Singh

Sakshu Singh

I am typical Delhiite who writes sometimes and has a background score probably playing in her mind right about now.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a Law Graduate which a lot of people find extremely shocking. I have a specialization in International Law. Content creation is something that I've done in some form or the other since the beginning of the time I guess. Earlier I used to put out content of how I mix-n-match my outfits. Then I used to write a lot on my WordPress blog. Now I'm just on Instagram but I like to use it to its full extent as I'm a Social Media Manager by profession. My whole life is online you can say.

2. When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?

I have always loved creating content or art I would say. From dance to craft to painting to editing pictures/videos. My new fad is to learn graphics. But in the matters of @sukooonghar, it is my baby. I pour all of my heart there. From emo write-ups to made up Background Scores, these things are a constantly pinned post it in my mind I feel. I am always thinking about "What song I would play in this situation?" and that's how it was born.

My filmy head is a little too Bollywood -y.

3.Who is your favorite creator and why?

I absolutely love Bhuvan for who he is & how he creates. He has been true to BB ki Vines as a brand.

Him shooting in that same house says a lot about his mindset and him as a person.

4.How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

My inspiration has always been me or my friend/family's life. They might kill me for saying this though. But if you look closely, real-life has more drama than any of the reel ones.

5.Which is your favorite book and why?

I am obsessed with two of them actually. Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte and  Looking For Alaska by John Green. I like the former one because of the way it is written. It automatically transports you the old days and you wouldn't want to leave it.

6.What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring creators?

Create. Don't ever stop creating because people are not understanding it. There is an audience for every form of art.
