1.How did you decide to make your passion your career? Was your family supportive?

I was in 8th Std when I started participating in outdoor games from there my passion toward sport increased and I decided to make a career in sport and I joined fencing and now my dream is to join Indian army through sports quota and play for the army.

And about family support then yes because of them I am here now.

2. Who is your favourite player and what have you learnt from him/her?

Eli Dershwitz is my favourite player, his fast-moving footstep and counter-attack, are amazing. He was the youngest sabre fencer among the world's top 25. He is an inspiration for many sportsmen.

3. What is the level of commitment and time required to make a sport a career?

Being a student-athlete is a full- time job and, in addition to a demanding. While any sport will require a strong commitment, students can choose among three different program levels:. one has to be dedicated no matter whether it's sports or in any other field.

Second, be passionate about what you want to achieve and lastly practice. Practice makes the man perfect. Many a time we players has to sacrifice a lot, make sure that doesn't affect your performance, and most importantly No, skipping of practices.

4. How can we encourage more youngsters to take up sports as a full-time profession?

As a modern day's sports require a lot of physical energy and stamina. Hence, required to be fit.

We have to show them the benefits of sports to youngsters we should show them that job is not the only option, one can make a career in the sport too.

To be a sports person one needs to be physically fit, energetic and enthusiastic in all aspects.

5. Which is your favourite book and why?

My favourite book is THINK AND GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill. This book teaches us that how one can change his attitude toward something and grow himself and promoted as personal development and self-improvement.

He claimed to be inspired by a suggestion from business magnate and later-philanthropist. He teaches us by his book Think and Grow Rich, Whatever is in your mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.
