Exams can be stressful at times but one needs not to worry and burden them. We all are unique in one way or the other. It isn’t the marks that matter but the knowledge you gain from it. Exams are a mode to analyze your knowledge and not your intelligence in all.

So just relax, calm down take a deep breath, and begin your study. Talking with family and friends is one of the best modes to relieve this stress. Remember nothing is impossible when you decide to do your best.

Note to Parents- Don’t overstress or burden your children with pressure to excel and come first in class. They try their best and do all they can to prove their worth. Talk with them and tell them that a result won’t determine their value in society and that no matter what they score they are the best and it won’t determine their future.
