1) Tell us more about your company and your journey?

Divya Basavaraju - Certified Career Coach and Experienced HR Professional with a demonstrated history of working in HR Gamut.

As an HR Professional, I use to find some kind of communication gap in an individual’s resume because most of the professionals fail to explain what are they good at and what is that they are looking for from a new role

2) How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

The exercise of correcting the resume became my passion and that’s how an expected entrepreneur born.

3) What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

Making an individual know the difference between 9 to 6 Job and the passion that they live for. Many confuse between this and struggle.

4) How important is skill development for employees and how do you do that?

Age of globalization and technological volatility, Skill building is an important instrument to increase efficacy and productivity. I will take care of it by educating the amount of productivity level that they can make use of by my Career Coach.

5) What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Team / Capital / Right Communication/ Network / Customer Loyalty.

6) How can entrepreneurs overcome funding and scaling up challenges?

Creating a scalable business model. Funding Option and Capital Management.

7) Which is your favorite book and why?

Blue Ocean Strategy because it gives clarity on competition results in nothing but a bloody red ocean of rivals fighting over a shrinking profit pool.
