As a fitness trainer, my job is to guide people to live a healthy lifestyle so I have to focus on my work, I have to give target to people and then motivate them to achieve it and I tell you one thing If you keep on doing your good work success is going to come to you.


1. Tell us more about yourself and your profession.

Hello, I am Rinku Rawat, a Fitness Expert and Nutritionist, Owner of AR fitness. I have been working on fitness for the last 15 years.


2. What is your fitness mantra?

I prefer to set my entire routine a day prior which helps to set the particular day very well. I make sure that I do at least 45-60 mins of workout daily and in the interval of 23hrs for which I need rest as well as 8hrs of sleep, so I prefer to sleep early and wake up early and that’s how I can maintain my day and my fitness.


3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

Nowadays everybody has a major misconception that they will lose their weight in 1 day, 1 week or 1 month and then they will be healthy, That’s totally wrong. 

Fitness is not about 1 day or 1 month, you have to make fitness your lifestyle for that you have to exercise daily, have a proper diet and diet mean you should have a proper proportion of healthy carbs, protein, vitamins and fibers.


4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

According to me, there are 4 things that can be focused on:   
  1. Think positive- Keeping your mind positive is a big task which you don’t understand but it affects your health a lot, so try to think as positive and keep all negative thoughts away from you.
  2. Food- One can only be happy if his/her stomach is good, if your core is not good your entire body system gets distributed and for that, you have to say NO to oily food junk food etc...
  3. Physical Activity- Make sure you have at least 30-40 mins of any sort of activity in your entire day
  4. And last but very important is that you should set your entire routine a day prior which will definitely give you a healthy lifestyle.


5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

As a fitness trainer my job is to guide people to live a healthy lifestyle so I have to focus on my work, I have to give target to people and then motivate them to achieve it and I tell you one thing If you keep on doing your good work success is going to come to you and one thing I do always is I self analyze myself in every 6 months, that What I use to do and what I do now, set your targets, talk to your mentor or the people you admire you will achieve your goals definitely.


6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

Just stay positive, don't focus on the weight machine, just work out regularly and eat properly and follow the instructions of your trainer. You will achieve your goals sooner or later but you will definitely lead to a healthy lifestyle.


7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well being and happiness? 

So diet and exercise work hand in hand if your diet is proper, your stomach is full then you will have no mood swings and you will be happy throughout your day. 

But an empty stomach leads to stress and then overeating and exercise only work when you have electrolytes in your body which comes from your diet and during the workout, thé fibers break down and release endorphins which boost your mood throughout the day and you feel healthy...
