Shubh Sandhu - Camera Makes Me More Relaxed (Actor)

I was inspired to be an actor when I realised that the lessons in it can actually help me become a better human. I want to be an actor because I want to be a good human first lets put it that way the main focus is to be a good human that's more difficult than acting

Tell us something about your background and journey.

Well, I don't have a sad financial story thankfully to Waheguru g my mom bought me everything that was necessary like good food on the table, good education and clothes. I'm thankful for the actual journey is of hers mine has just started you see I'm still a kid.

Who inspired you to become an actor?

I was inspired to be an actor when I realised that the lessons in it can actually help me become a better human. I want to be an actor because I want to be a good human first lets put it that way the main focus is to be a good human that's more difficult than acting

Tell us something about your role 'Jora' in a shooter?

Jora is the main reason I'm doing lazeez today. I was lucky enough that i was was the only one in the film that was auditioned for supporting role thanks to true makers the director kV Dhillon the producer for showing his trust in me and supporting me for lazeez as well.

Jora was a very strong character and I had a good time actually living such a character. Its a process Jora was the part of the process and I enjoyed playing that role with the debutant Jayy Randhawa. he and I are like brothers after that film.

What is the best part about being on set?

I am free, I'm in a world of innocence my life changes on set the director says action and I'm so relaxed the camera makes me more relaxed than my real life that's why I said that I want to be a better human in real life first I don't think I can give a better explanation than this in words.

Describe something about your upcoming web series 'Lazeez'?

It is an honest effort by the team my director Rubal Chhina, writer Gurpreet Bhullar, dop Nishan Singh and my co-actor and friend Balraj Khaira did a great job. I'm sure the audience gonna love our piece of art.
