After getting a tag of 'Failure' for not being able to clear IIT JEE, and adjusting in a fair college, I finally realized my ability to be an entrepreneur during an internship which pulled out my problem-solving skills and leadership skills.
I founded a start-up at the age of 21 during college. I am Vikas Mishra, founder and CEO of 360-degree Digital Marketing. It's an ISO Approved Digital Marketing Agency, which combines Advanced Technology with smart talent to deliver our clients quality digital solutions that work for them.
2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
When I took admission in college just want a good job but, 2 years later and after my internship, I realised myself, skills, abilities & passion for work then I decided to become an Entrepreneur.
After doing research & analysis of marketing I found that Digital Marketing has a good scope in future & a marketing planning for coming businesses. When I come to know about digital marketing its a really interesting & yes I am suitable for this skill.
I just come to home town after my semester then I started pitching industries about digital marketing & my ideas to promote their businesses online.
The review was good but, yes due to age and might be less experience I didn’t get a project but, I was happy with the market review and started promoting my business online and yes after a month I got a project then another and yes it continues.
3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?
I started my startup when I was in college. For almost one year I had to work from my college. There I understood why students are drop out because they are too busy in there work n passion that apart from that everything is waste even there study.

Sometimes I felt like but, yes I completed my engineering and then successfully I am running my business.
Everything is possible if we want so, one year I managed my business & college both together.

As per now, I understand good leadership qualities & a vision for your work or company then a proper plan to move ahead.
I was a college student when I started my startup with no cooperate experience and knowledge. I started my career as an entrepreneur and this journey is only possible due to the learning or should I say self-learning.
I learn from my experience & try to solve every problem which helps me to become successful.
5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?
You need to be an all-rounder if you want to become a successful businessman because you should be aware of all the activities and job role of your company.
