I'm have completed my graduation in International journalisms.
2. How much do you know about your students to be most helpful to them?
I try to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of my students so that I can work on them accordingly. I usually do this by having a little talk with them before the classes and also ask them about their expectations from me as their teacher.
3. What did you find most frustrating about teaching?
The most frustrating thing about teaching is that all students are not the same. You have to constantly improvise to meet the needs of every student.
4. What are your strengths as a teacher?
I have empathy for my students which helps me to teach them correctly. I often place myself as a student and I ask myself questions that if I was a student would I understand this way of teaching. I always improvise.
5. How do you evaluate your students?
I evaluate my students by asking them for their expectations. I think this is the best way to possibly know someone. Other than that I do the basic test systems.
