I am an IT graduate and fitness is my passion started at the early age of 19 and now it's my profession.

2. What is your fitness mantra?

My fitness philosophy is To Become your Strongest Version. 

3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

There are many. 

Just to name a few, Carbs make you fat, building muscle will make you bulky, Vegetarians can't build muscle, cardio is enough to lose weight. 

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

It's simple. Eat well(plant & dairy-based), Move & Lift objects, Rejuvenate & Connect - This is my framework and I teach this to my clients & Community members. 

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

To begin with, getting certified and practicing what you learn and having a deep passion/madness to make it successful over a long time and having a serving attitude. 

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

Give it some time. Don't jump on diets or workouts. Improve your habits & behaviors. Take baby steps and have a framework or system. Better? Have a coach! 

7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well being and happiness? 

The food you eat is a reflection of your thoughts, energies, moods, and hormones. If you eat junk you may not feel happy & high energetic. 

Exercise triggers hormone release which keeps you fresh, controls your blood sugar, good flow of blood & oxygen to all body & strengthen your muscles which gives you strength for day-to-day activity.

In 2016, my first I.T job & following my passion for fitness by teaching people online. in 2018 Quit my I.T job & got certified as a coach to build my business #AreWeFit Meanwhile Delivered speeches & lectures online & in academies.

In 2020 - Trained more than 1000+ people to get fit and now building the largest Fitness & self-improvement Community for MEN
