I was always a good girl. For me food is simply love. I always felt that better food brings better health and hence a smiling bright day. Proper nutrition helps in better health and having a tasty meal gives us ultimate satisfaction.
2. Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?
My favourite cuisine is North Indian, South Indian as well as Chinese. My favourite dish is Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken pea Curry, Tandoori Chicken and so on.. hahaha.. I love each and every dish.
3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?
I am a food blogger and I choose blogging as my career and I learn new skills every day. I am lucky to have Jude Martin (@thefoodseeker_jude) as a best friend. He is always stand by me and teach amazing ways to blog.
I have never planned to become a blogger and it's not easy to become a blogger, you always have notice the positive effect having in life.
4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?
I love to tasting all the spices just to understand the flavour of spices, it takes practice to know about the flavour up any meals with any kind of spice.
I like Biryani from India restaurant , Chinese from Golden joy and South India food from udiipi.
5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?
Usually, I appreciate everyone's hard work but when we talk about food I like cleanliness , I appreciate the ambiance of cafe /restaurant , the hospitality, quality food, presentation, pricing and the uniqueness of a menu. I love biryani from India restaurant.
6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?
Yes, I associate myself with each and every dish I make. Each spice has its own flavourings. It takes years to know about the flavour up any meals with any kind of spice. I like North Indian, South Indian and Chinese too.
7. Which is your favourite book and why?
My favourite book is a cookbook because in I love cooking and get more and more knowledge about it.
