I see a lot of content creators with millions of followers but they don’t get brand deals because of the page they have maintained. The content should be informative and that’s what the creators don’t understand!! You have to maintain a professional page to attract brands is what I feel! I mean there are times when you can just be yourself on a John Instagram page maintaining that professionalism is very important if you are opting for Digital Creator as your career.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

Started my career as a professional cricketer, a national level softball and baseball player, always interested in fashion but I didn’t have the time to invest in it due to my busy schedule and my practice. I just realized that I worked so hard to be where I am today.

I remember working in a bank for 12 hours and not being happy with what I was doing I literally used to work like a machine. The only happiness back then was a hot shower for 10 minutes that’s it. I used to work weekdays and the weekend which by the way is only Sunday, I used to create my content. Fortunately, things fell into place in Jan 2019. I decided to quit my job and take social media influencing / Lifestyle Blogger as a full-time career and here I am entertaining you guys.

2. What led you to start your blog and what is it about?

Mostly sane is my all-time favorite content creator. She is my inspiration. Also, I used to follow a lot of YouTube fashion content back in 2017. Content creators like Krutika Khurana, Komal Pandey, Sejal Kumar have always inspired me to start my fashion journey.

I used to work in 2017 and one of my office colleagues told me to start this blog. I was actually not sure about it because I had no idea how to operate it but I just had a fashion sense and I wanted to implement it. My friends have supported me a lot in this journey..he was the one to make an ID on WordPress and we decided to name it Atrangi Womaniya. Yes, Atrangi Womaniya because it literally represents my personality.

3. Is it financially sustainable to be a digital creator these days?

For some creators, it is for some it's not.

4. How can someone become a successful content creator?

If you have some hacks please let me know as well (winks). See there is nothing such as a successful content creator. For me, I have always been that kind of a creator who tries to give my best in each and every opportunity that comes my way. Inner satisfaction is really important!

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

Observation !! I observe things, just pick up some relatable stuff that goes in and around my life.

6. Who is your favorite creator and why?

MaiApniFavouriteHoon kidding. There are a lot of talented content creators !! It’s really hard to pick one!! But if you say so then it is definitely Prajakta Kohli (Mostly Sane).
