Personality is the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual’s distinctive character. It refers to individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. It is believed that personality arises from within the individual ad remains fairly consistent throughout life.

The personality makes a person unique. When we say that someone has a good
personality that means he or she is likeable, interesting and pleasant to others.
Having a good personality is vital than good look. The way you behave to other

Role model personality people are natural leaders with low levels of neuroticism
and high levels of agreeableness, extraversion, openness and conscientiousness.
They listen to new ideas and are reliable.

what’s best for them. You can also call them egocentric, egoistic and egoistical.

Agreeableness is an act of being kind, sympathetic and happy to help. People with high agreeableness tend to be more cooperative while those low in this traits
tend to be more competitive and sometimes even manipulative.

Agreeableness reflects the individual’s tendency to develop and maintain pro-social relationships. Individuals high in this trait are more trustworthy, straightforward, altruistic, compliant, modest and tender-minded.

What is Neuroticism?

Neuroticism is a tendency toward anxiety, depression, self-doubt and other
negative feelings. They can be particularly sensitive to environmental stress.
People with neuroticism may see everyday situations as menacing and major.
They suffer from feelings of guilt, envy and anger and anxiety more frequently
and more severely than other individuals.

makes you stand apart from the rest. It also plays an essential role in improving
one’s communication skills. Individuals ought to master the art of expressing the

many genes working together. Genetics has more influence than parents do on
