A certified Yoga Instructor and Promote Healthy Living. After working for almost 6 years in Mumbai as a Jewelry Designer I moved to Bengaluru with my husband and devoted myself to fitness and joined a Yoga class which changed my life and over time I understand the importance of mindful eating.

And that’s changed my life and I started sharing my new journey on Instagram in 2019 and since then trying to inspire and motivate people towards eating right and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?

I love experimenting with different kinds of food and Indian Cuisine comes first. Since I am a bong myself, so my love for Bengali dishes is forever, “Bengali Cholar Dal (Bengal gram lentil curry) and Payesh (Bengali rice pudding) are the two particular dishes which I adore the most.

Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Why not? It’s a definite YES. If you are devoting most of your time to passion then you can easily transform it into a successful career.

What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

I cannot stop myself from appreciating a dish that is wholesome, plant-based and cooked with healthy ingredients and equally flavorful. Thankfully there are some awesome eateries in Bengaluru which serves some really amazing dishes which are healthy and equally tasty.

Ever heard of a Jackfruit Biryani or a Palm Jaggery Ice-Cream, I can go on and on, and the list will be never-ending.

Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

There is no particular dish as such but a simple home-cooked meal is what I like. As long as it’s healthy it’s more than enough. I love Dalia Moong Dal Kichadi (Broken wheat with lentils)
