Ever since I was a little girl I always loved food and my dream was to open up my own restaurant when I was older. My passion for food and constantly wanting to try new dishes stems from growing up around my parents and grandparents making meals from scratch and I was the lucky taste tester. 


Tell us about your background and journey.

Ever since I was a little girl I always loved food and my dream was to open up my own restaurant when I was older. My passion for food and constantly wanting to try new dishes stems from growing up around my parents and grandparents making meals from scratch and I was the lucky taste tester. 

I got into food blogging almost two years ago and it has been a crazy journey, I have loved every second of it! My favorite cuisine would have to be Italian. I love a good pasta dish!


Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Food blogging doesn't have to be just a passion, it can definitely become a regular career. However you need to be dedicated and work hard towards reaching your goals. Food blogging takes a lot of time, effort, and patience.


What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

I have tried so many dishes from different restaurants and a lot of them I don't post on my blog. I only post the best locations I go to because I want my followers to know that I am giving them the best possible places to dine at or experiences to have. 

I want my followers to trust me when I recommend something. When I try a dish and I get the feeling of home and comfort that's when I know it's good.


Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

If I was to associate myself with a dish it would have to be a baked mac and cheese. That is my ultimate favorite food and my "go-to" when I don't know what to order.
