Tord Aditya Raj - We All Have a Speaker Inside Us, The Only Thing We Have to Do Is to Just Improve Our Speaking Skills (Entrepreneur From India)

The biggest challenge I faced was in 2019 that year was not that much easy for me every single thing was not going good I was feeling depressed I was not doing anything. But the only thing which helped me to overcome is my family support my parents always supported me in my bad and in my good. The only thing I'll suggest to you if you are depressed to spend time with your family and friends. This will help you to overcome all the negativity.

1. Tell us more about Instapreneur and your journey.

I founded Instapreneur 6 months back with my two partners. Instapreneur company in starting was only founded for Instagram content creators. Because as we all know most social media platforms have their own monetization through Google Adsense. 

But Instagram doesn't have its monetization. And as we all know most of the creators on Instagram are youth and they are willing to earn through their following. I know they are earning but they do a lot of hard work to earn they have to create content, then they have to engage with their followers to sell their services to earn. Which takes a lot of time. So in short term, our company provides monetization to social media creators through google ads.

Our company also provide many services like online event management, social media management, live session, webinars, consulting calls and etc.

Before starting Instapreneur I've been working on online platforms since 2015 I started my online youtube but I failed it, then I came to know that I've to find my best skill in which I'm best. 

Then I started writing blogs my blogs were not viral in starting but as I was improving my writing skills my blogs were going viral. My first viral vlog was in 2018 and I think that was my life-changing moment. Then I started writing for companies and other websites everything was going good.

Then suddenly in 2019, I decided again to make videos for youtube. But that was not a good decision. That single decision ruined everything. I was not doing good in my studies. Even I got failed in one subject. Then I decided to left everything for 1 year. And I started focusing on my studies. 

Then the next year come which was the 2020 lockdown started I was sitting at home and one of my friends called me and said let's start something new and at that time I was not taking it seriously. The next day he again called me and said why don't you start blogging again. 

And I said yes why not I already have a website I started uploading blogs on it in starting blogs were not doing great but I was writing on daily basis, on 16 April 2020 I was uploading one of my blogs "These Bloody Nights Under Corona" and next day in the morning I was checking it out that blog has gone viral and crossed 100k+ views in just 24 hours. 

And from that day every single blog of mine was going viral. One of my friend who is the owner of multiple Instagram pages suggested me to come and join him and in August 2020 I started working with him on Instagram. And after few months I started a social media management company and at present time my company is managing more than 150 Instagram pages. These pages are managed by a team of 32 members who are working for my company.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

So I'll tell you from the starting. Six months back I was just talking to my partners and we were discussing earning sources from Instagram. And suddenly I said what if Instagram has a feature of monetization through Adsense as other social media platforms have. 

And they said it will be great, the Instagram content creators will get a passive income without doing too much hard work. And after few minutes they stopped discussing this. As our meet completed I was sitting and thinking of AdSense.

And suddenly I got an idea of providing Adsense monetization to Instagram content creators at that time I literally don't know what I'm going to do next. As I'm a blogger and web developer too, so I know how to monetize websites. I called my partners and asked them to join meet.

I shared the whole plan with them. The plan was to ask creators to join our company and take a monetized web page from us and upload their content, run all the live sessions, webinars, and other services they provide on that webpage, and then they have to divert their audience on that website. 

As the website is already monetized, people who will visit the website will see an ad on every single click so the revenue generated by AdSense of that webpage of a particular content creator will be given to them.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The biggest challenge I faced was in 2019 that year was not that much easy for me every single thing was not going good I was feeling depressed I was not doing anything. 4. As a motivational speaker as well, How do you chose and prepare for a talk?

Before going to give any speech I read a lot of books I don't choose a particular topic for a speech I just go to the stage and engage with people when they share the problems I speak on them. 

When I speak, I only focus on how much value can give to my audience. Knowledge and values are the only things that make your talk motivating and interesting. Whatever you say, say it from your heart. Don't just repeat a single thing again and again.

5. How can one become a public speaker?

We all have a speaker inside us the only thing we have to do is to just improve our speaking skill if you are a college or school going student tries to speak in every single small or big event of your institute this will help you out to improve your speaking skill and in becoming a good public speaker.

6. Can motivational speaking become a full-time career?

Absolutely yes motivational speaking can be a full-time career because in every field people need motivation even you can start motivational speaking from home just open your camera record and upload motivational videos on social media.

7. When did you decide you wanted to be a blogger? Please tell us more about your blogs.

I decided to be a blogger in 2016 I started writing blogs from the day I decided I want to be a blogger. I don't write blogs on a particular topic I try to provide different types of blogs to my audience. Sometimes I write on technology, facts, trending topics, medical science, space science and etc.

8. Which is your favorite book and why?

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is one of my favorite books. Because Think and Grow Rich condenses providing the reader with 14 principles in the form of a "Philosophy of Achievement". The book asserts that desire, faith, and persistence can propel one to great heights if one can suppress negative thoughts and focus on long-term goals.
