I was always fascinated by the reels others made on Instagram and it sounded like a dollop of fun and craziness. One fine day, I decided on trying my luck and started creating content on my IG handle. And voila! The response was overwhelming.
That was the start of my journey as an Instagram influencer. The love that I receive here is immeasurable.
Tell us about your background and journey.
Being a Captain’s (Sailor) wife, I have sailed around the world and realised life is not easy. Him being away at work, I have many roles to play and the experiences that I keep on gathering in this journey are invaluable. Mommy to five-year-old and a stay at home parent, I always felt something was amiss.
Something that would help me nourish and cherish this beautiful journey of raising a toddler and let me be me when I am not being a mommy.

What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
The enthusiasm to do something creative and fun was what led me to start my page on Instagram.
My IG handle, is all about parenting, lifestyle, fashion and health.
I am trying to create a versatile profile that has everything for everyone.Being a multitasker, this comes naturally to me.
Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
I guess it is! My first collaboration with @purefoodsindia made me realise that following your passion can also bring in money and fame.
Once influencer and the brand get into a relationship and admire each other’s work mutually, there is a lot to explore.

What do you look for in a brand before collaborating with them?
Transparency and authenticity. I wouldn’t promote a brand that aims at duping my IG family or something I would myself be least interested in.
The brand has to fit my profile and give value for money to its consumers. I promote what I use.
