Hey everyone my Name is Allen Choudhary. I’m 21 years old living in Delhi and just done with my graduation in B.Com Hons. . Fitness is my passion and My hobbies include playing the guitar, cooking, reading about nutrition.
As of now, I don’t think of it as a profession but I’m trying to make this passion of influencing people over social media to become a profession.
As mine includes fashion and fitness both so taking both of them side by side becomes very difficult. You’ll never see any fashion influencer with such a good level of fitness or a fitness influencer doing fashion too.
But yes I’m doing both helping people with knowledge, tips, styling and betterment.
2. What is your fitness mantra?
The fitness mantra is basically is just I think whatever I’m able to do these days like influencing people is just because of fitness. So this thing keeps me going.
3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?
Some of the major conceptions are like not to eat carbs after 7 p.m or carbs makes you fat and few others like eating less help you in losing weight but it’s actually you don’t have to eat less you have to eat in a caloric deficit.
4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Plan your day ahead, set daily targets and monthly or quarterly goals that you want to achieve.
5. How can one build a successful career in your field?
This is totally a long term process. Keep working hard, keep providing knowledge. As you get to connect with more people the more your reach increases the more you grow.
6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

A guy with a good physique feels good with his overall health, in clothes. Definitely has a proper well-balanced lifestyle and knows how to manage his time and these are some of the main things which contribute to our overall well-being and wellness.
