I think anyone can become a successful creator with the opportunities available on social media today, the key is to provide value in your videos for which people want to come back again and again.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a California-based digital content creator and entrepreneur who loves finance with a B.S. in Statistics and Data Science. I make entertaining and educational videos that help people learn about personal finance.

2. What led you to start your blog and what is it about?

I initially started posting videos about my career journey on TikTok to empower other business professionals. After my skits began to go viral, I shifted his focus to informative finance videos. After just two weeks on TikTok, I gained 200K followers and have been posting on the app ever since. I then started to post on IG where I quickly gained a following of 150K+.

I now have 1.5M followers across TikTok and Instagram. I am working on expanding his digital footprint across all social platforms, including YouTube

3. Is it financially sustainable to be a digital creator these days?

Yes, it is financially stable to be a digital creator because a lot of companies are willing to advertise through influencers right now. However, it ultimately depends on how you handle the business side of things as a digital creator as to whether it will truly be financially stable.

4. How can someone become a successful content creator?

I think anyone can become a successful creator with the opportunities available on social media today. The key is to provide value in your videos for which people want to come back again and again. That is how a large following is built in my opinion. You also have to be passionate about what you make content about or else you will easily burn out and lose motivation.

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

I get inspiration from a lot of things. I have made videos on topics that I struggled with on finances and on questions that I constantly get in my DMs and comments. I currently look to my personal experience and my following for content ideas.

6. Who is your favourite creator and why?

One of my favorite creators is Mark Tilbury. He provides a lot of value to his audience and is truly an inspiration.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

A favorite book of mine is Shoe Dog by Phil Knight. It is amazing to see how many obstacles Phil Knight faced and overcame when building Nike. Nike almost went bankrupt so many times but he kept on going and it is not one of the largest companies in the world. Shoe Dog has motivated me to keep going no matter what challenges I face.
