1. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
It’s the story of a friendship that turns out as business partners. So I and my best friend started this page after our last 12th exam. We started just for fun and timepass. Never thought that we will become a full-time crafter.
We both always like to gift handmade crafts to our family and friends, and then the thought just popped up that why not let other people also experience this beautiful feeling of getting these innovative handmade gifts.
2. What is your shop's unique value proposition and what sets it apart from its competitors?
We the only brand on IG that sells handmade goods with the COD option. We started cash on delivery because As a customer, one of the most significant benefits of COD is that you can pay only after you get the product in hand.
The customer can also check the product and see whether everything is perfect before paying for it, hence your hard-earned money will not be risked.
3. What makes you happiest and most effective when working in a team?
I had always heard that teamwork makes the dream and now I personally believe in it too after experiencing it. My team members have made me learn so many new things, they have supported me in everything and we have worked rigorously to make our dream a reality. I might have to get loud sometimes, but otherwise, we are all equal in the team working to make this business super successful.
4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced along the way, and how did you respond to them?
Since we have been the only ones providing COD, many times customers try to exploit us, but we take preventive measures. We always ensure to deliver quality products with safety and provide hassle-free services. In the starting, there were also some low-budget issues which we gradually started to overcome by utilizing the small finance we have in an accurate way and planning our expenditures beforehand. Due to lockdown, it was initially also difficult to get or deliver orders, but eventually, the situation got better and the work was back on track.
5. What are your future plans for your product and company?
We are working day and night to bring up new and innovative crafting ideas and make adorable handmade gifts, we introduce new products every once in a while. Also, we are planning on focusing more on Improving our branding, Understanding our customers better, taking effective measures for the marketing, identifying new opportunities, and getting insights into product features. We hope and wish to serve our customers better every day and take them to cloud nine.
