In the last few years where we learnt to live alone and do things that we love. The years when we learnt that being you is not uncool. Instead of pretending to be someone else to feel liked by others, we learnt to be someone to feel loved by ourselves.
During the time, when we literally didn’t have much to do, what helped us to cope up with the time were the movies and the web series. Music literally acted as a therapy for most of us during those times. If we talk about hindi songs, bollywood has given us a lot to vibe on. But now, we have more to that list courtesy of the web series.
Let's go through a list of songs from Indian web series, which are not only my favourite but really some iconic songs in terms of composition, vocals or lyrics.

Aise Kyun from Mismatched
A web series which shows love, family drama, ambitions and competition in a cute and beautiful manner gave us this beautiful song to smile and vibe whenever we feel like. A song which beautifully shows how people feel when they are in love.
Sung by Anurag Saikia, Nikhita Gandhi and Raghav Chaitanya has got its lyrics written by Raj Shekhar in such a way that everyone may feel like they are really in love

Main Bola Hey from Kota Factory
Another series by TVF showing different aspects of a JEE aspirant. It has got massive views for being one of its kind. Series completely shown in black and white is actually quite colourful in real.
Apart from the fun, pressure, stress and difficulties in the life of some teenagers aspiring to be an IITian, the series also focuses on the feeling of first love. And that feeling has been beautifully portrayed by this song which has got its music by Karthik Rao and lyrics by Abhishek Yadav, Manish Chandwani, Saurabh Khanna, Karthik Rao.
Aankhon se lori wo suna de to,
Sapno me mai beh jaunga, mujhko roko
Main bola Hey, Vo aaye to,
Do pal saath bitaye to,
Dil ke raaz sunaunga, mujhko roko
Haan tum roko
Isn’t it what you felt when you fell in love for the first time?

Mat Kar Maya Ko Ahankar from Scam 1992
Scam 1992- The Harshad Mehta’s Story is one of the popular web series and it has a very beautiful song which shows you the reality of the materialistic world we all are a part of.
Mat kar maaya ko ahankar
Mat kar kaaya ko abhimaan
Kaaya gaar se kaachi (x2)
Ho kaaya gaar se kaachi
Jaise os raa moti
Jhonka pawan kaa lag jaae
Jhapaka pawan kaa lag jaae
Kaaya dhul ho jasi
Kaaya teri dhul ho jasi
A song originally from the album by Kabir’s Cafe came into the limelight only by this web series. The song with so much truth in its lyrics with a touch of folk music can easily lift your mood if you are down.
So, with completing the list with five of my most favourites, here I am adding few more which are equally beautiful as the ones listed above.
- Kahan ho tum from Mismatched

- Labb Par Aaye (Javed Ali) from Bandish Bandits
- Mohbhang from Aspirants

Whether you like Indian web series or not, you can’t deny the fact that their music is something else. And I can assure that the music lovers are definitely thankful to these web series for giving them these beautiful pieces of art to vibe on.
