The significance of social activism is pivotal in icing that the republic survives in India however, it isn't the lone instrument for promoting the republic. Social activists ’attempts for engaging civil society in a dialogue about crucial issues affecting society, really count for promoting a republic.

Still, in order to ensure uninterrupted progress of the republic in India, not only the social activists but its citizens and civil society also need to take active action towards the cause.

All the factors including the alert media, objective bar, sincere political leaders, ethical businessmen, valorous social activists, visionary intellectualists, keep communal sense and nationalism combined together, are pivotal for the survival of a republic in any nation across the world.

The Perspective of Social Activism

Social activism isn't the lone factor responsible for the advancement of a republic within a nation. Republic in a nation can be secured and flourished only through the active involvement of all other members of the society.

Social activism lacking principles will be of no help to any popular nation. also, it'll be damaging to our nation. Activists with the intention of vicious dockets or juggernauts for gaining power or plutocrat will be exposed in the long run.

They won't be of any help to the Indian republic. Though social activism is essential to the conservation of a republic, it loses its worth for the survival of a republic in a country with unskillful political leaders and unethical businessmen involved in loose means of bribery and plutocrat laundering.

Similar circumstances make it nearly insolvable for indeed the most determined social activist to be suitable to campaign successfully for any cause. Social activism will be of little help to save the sound functioning of a republic unless the society is observant of the colorful developments taking place in its surroundings.

It's the interest of the nation that the media keep a distance from any temptation to paid news or remain uninfluenced from any political hindrance resorting to slurjuggernauts, or else the Indian republic will be left in a lawless state.

Simply social activists ’ offerings for the cause of the republic would not be sufficient unless the government and commercial leaders come out of their nexus to achieve their tone-serving interest ideal of the republic is to assign power to the hands of the people.

Still, social activism is empty and of no use, if citizens themselves are indifferent and unintentional to share in crucial issues of significance to societal growth.

Social activists can raise their voice for the people’s cause only when the media or the lobbyists don't suppress them. Parties with selfish motives interfere in the popular set-upand reduce republic to derision in the country.

An illustration of how important destructive political disguise could be for the republican nation is the recent suppression of the administrative proceedings on public TV during the discussion on the Telangana bill.

In addition, a direct violation of the popular principles is being committed by the businessmen who, in pursuit of their petty tone- of interest, offer backhanders to exploit the profitable coffers in the country.

Nonstop support of celebrities, the common man, and principled media for social activism can help achieve translucency and responsibility in India that in turn will re-establish the former glory of the Indian republic.

Conclusion

It could be delicate for indeed leaders to raise social issues if they face stiff opposition from rivals or warring coalitions. Leaders from different parties in India are involved in similar political conflicts.

It's necessary for the survival of the republic that the administration works in tandem with the leaders for the effective perpetuation of forms. Social activism is only part of the result.

There are various examples in which the top leaders and politicians have participated in the social activism movement to make Indian democracy strong.

The biggest movement before the emergency is the total revolution where JP Narayan, An Activist, and Politician gathered the students to protest against the Government for their rights.

When the Emergency has started in India in 1975, the whole opposition united to fight against the Indira Gandhi government to take back her decision. Not even the opposition, the public was also protesting against the government.

These are all examples to show social activism, because of this we can fight for our rights without violence. And it is also a movement where people were united and made Indian democracy strong.
