We always listen to what people think about us. People always fillers put negative thoughts and criticises indirectly. They will tell us all the negative points we have in our bodies. in this way, we feel insecure and unloved.
No matter how many clothes you wear or by you will always feel insecure about your shape and body. So, here are some ways how you can stop feeling insecure about your body.
1. Say Bye To Negative Thoughts
Stop thinking about things that make you sad. Try to think why you thought about this thought that made you feel insecure. It is very important to realise when you are having this thought.
Example, You were at a shop and you wanted to buy a beautiful dress when you chose the dress you wanted to buy you went and stood in front of a mirror. At that time you felt insecure because of the way the dress looked. So this is how you found out why you had the thought and what made you insecure.
It is very natural to have negative feelings about oneself. But it is difficult to overcome it. Have confidence in yourself no one is like you you are unique in how you present yourself.
2. Write A Journal
Write down the things that you like about your body. Spend some time listing your favourite parts, and the things that look great on you with the help of your opinion. When you feel insecure about your body, open your journal and read out loud all the things that you like about your body.
3. Overcome Your Negative Thoughts
Fill up each negative thought with all the positive goodness you have. You shouldn’t let this thought control and manipulate you. Would you ever see this bad thought to your friends, no then why are you seeing this to yourself?
If an outfit doesn’t fit you that doesn’t mean you are not beautiful, just wear some other outfit. You are a beautiful woman or handsome man nobody can criticise you and make you think something that you aren’t. Don’t let people get into your head.
4. Wear Your Favorite Outfits
If you want to stop feeling insecure about your body, then you have to choose your style. A style that represents your personality and the real you. You don’t have to have a small size body to fit in a slim jumpsuit, you can also do with the size you have. It is not the body type that matters, but the confidence you have while you wear the outfit.
5. Respect Yourself
Don’t say mean things about your body, respect yourself. Eat healthy food, stay fit and exercise not to be thin and starve yourself but to be active and healthy. Get plenty rest if of needed. If you take your body lightly and aren’t healthy about yourself you are not respecting your body but being controlled by your addiction. Focus on giving your body love and care.
Protect your body from any effective addictions let me cause harm to your body and yourself. Eat healthy food that you laugh and enjoy don’t force yourself to eat things that aren’t your type.
6. Do Things That You Enjoy
Try out to do things that you enjoy and feel happy dot you can do yoga gardening painting, drawing, playing your favourite sport, workout, going for a walk, going clubbing or having a big party with your friends and family.
Try to do things that make you happy and not FEEL insecure about your body. By doing yoga you can come and meditate your mind and you will feel peace and calmness in yourself. In, this way you will enjoy your life and do all the things you love to do.
