"Struggle to strength, one rep at a time"

1. How did you get into fitness and content creation?

I got into fitness because I was bullied for being skinny and not eating properly. This experience pushed me to improve my health and build confidence. As I made progress, I began sharing my journey online, which naturally led to content creation. I wanted to inspire others who might be facing similar challenges.

2. What's your fitness routine and best exercises for muscle growth?

My fitness routine is based on a push-pull-legs split, focusing on major muscle groups each day. The best exercises for muscle growth are the ones you love and consistently perform. Enjoyment and consistency are key to achieving the best results. For me, compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows are essential.

3. What diet principles do you follow, and do you have any tips for better eating?

I follow a balanced diet that emphasizes whole foods. I recommend eating a variety of nutrient-dense meals and staying hydrated to maintain good health. My tips for better eating include planning your meals, avoiding processed foods, and making sure you get enough protein, fruits, and vegetables daily.

4. How do you stay motivated and overcome fitness obstacles?

I stay motivated by setting clear, achievable goals and tracking my progress regularly. Celebrating small victories keeps me encouraged. To overcome fitness obstacles, I remind myself of my reasons for starting this journey, vary my routine to keep things interesting and remain patient with the process, understanding that progress takes time.

5. How do you prioritize recovery and avoid burnout?

I prioritize recovery by taking breaks when necessary and ensuring I get enough rest. I also engage in activities that help me relax, like watching movies and anime, which allow me to recharge and come back stronger. Recovery is crucial for avoiding burnout and maintaining long-term fitness success.

6. What's your favorite book and why?

My favorite book is "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson. It offers a refreshing perspective on prioritizing what truly matters in life, helping to reduce stress and improve overall happiness. The book's approach to focusing on what's important has been incredibly influential in both my personal and professional life.
