Vishu Yadav Interview
“Why Vishu Yadav believes clarity, consistency, and self-respect matter more than motivation or money.”
Q. How did Vishu Extra begin, and what shaped your mindset early on?
Vishu Extra started from a very simple and very real place. I come from a normal background, and for a long time, I felt confused about my direction in life. I used to overthink constantly, compare myself to others, and feel like I was always late while everyone else was moving ahead.Over time, I realised something important: most of my problems weren’t outside of me, they were inside my head. I was doubting myself, waiting to feel confident, and thinking instead of acting.
When I began learning about mindset and psychology, it became clear that thoughts shape reality more than situations do. The word “Extra” doesn’t mean being flashy or perfect. For me, it means thinking a little deeper than normal and refusing to let negative thoughts control my actions. Vishu Extra represents my journey from confusion to clarity, and I share what I learn so others don’t feel as lost as I once did.
Q. Your content feels fast, visual, and emotionally sharp. How do you decide what becomes a video?
Most of my ideas come directly from real life. If something hurts me, challenges me, or gives me clarity, that becomes content. I don’t force ideas and I don’t blindly chase trends. My process is very simple:
One clear thought
One strong emotion
One message people can relate to
Before posting, I ask myself one question: If I watched this video alone at night, would it hit me?
If the answer is yes, I post it. I keep the videos fast because people scroll fast, but the message is always meaningful. My goal has never been just views. It’s impact.
They wait for confidence, perfect timing, or the right situation before starting. But the truth is, nobody ever feels fully ready.
One small daily practice that really helps is doing one uncomfortable thing every day. It can be something small, i.e, posting content, speaking honestly, or making a decision you’re scared of.
When you choose discomfort daily, fear slowly loses control. Real mindset shifts don’t come from motivation. They come from small actions repeated consistently.
For me, a rich mindset includes:
Long term thinking
Emotional control
Choosing self respect over attention
Learning instead of proving
Money is an outcome. Mindset is the system behind it.
People who only chase money often stay stressed. People who build the right mindset grow with peace, and success follows naturally.
People don’t connect with perfection. They connect with honesty.
When a viewer feels understood, trust builds naturally. I focus on giving value instead of trying to impress. If someone thinks differently or takes action after watching just one video, that already means the content worked.

Q. What’s the biggest mental block you see people struggling with today?
The biggest mental block I see is people thinking, “I’m not ready yet.”They wait for confidence, perfect timing, or the right situation before starting. But the truth is, nobody ever feels fully ready.

Q. What does a “rich mindset” actually mean to you?
A rich mindset is not only about money. It’s about how you think, react, and grow. For me, a rich mindset includes:

Q. How do you turn a one-time viewer into someone who trusts your content?
I don’t try to show a perfect life online. I talk openly about confusion, overthinking, fear, and real struggles. Because that’s what people actually go through.People don’t connect with perfection. They connect with honesty.
When a viewer feels understood, trust builds naturally. I focus on giving value instead of trying to impress. If someone thinks differently or takes action after watching just one video, that already means the content worked.
