1. Tell us more about your experience as an educator.

Engage with students involve live cases for implementation of knowledge. As an educator I give more practical knowledge to students. It is really great experience of teaching and spreading your knowledge.


2. What is your opinion of the Indian education system and how would you like to change that?

Focus on practical learning rather than theoretical. Indian education needed to focus on practical knowledge more it'll help students to develop or increase there knowledge.


3. What changes in the teaching methodologies have you seen in the recent times?

Adoption to technology gains vast knowledge. There is more use of digital platforms in education system. We have to adopt ourselves to give the best training and knowledge to students.


4. How does education help one do well in their career?

To be a good human being and responsible citizen. It helps to get successful in life in your respective field.


5. Do you think teaching as a profession is viewed at par with corporate jobs?

No, Teaching as a profession isn't viewed at par with corporate job. But it should get viewed because it'll help employees to gain knowledge.


6. How can we adopt technology to make teaching more effective?

Technology is to connect with the corporate industry are the best academics collaboration. Using digital platforms for teaching and some modern methods will help students to gain more knowledge.


7. Why does India need more educators like you?

Young generation needs are Understood better by young people more where gap is less they can discuss from studies to career to counselling.
