Success Is the Motivation, Money Is the Reward - Akshit Gupta

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

Hi! My Name is Akshit Gupta, a Bhukkad that loves to eat and showcase it. Starting with my background, I'm an introvert polytechnic student (of 2017) that was just around himself only around all time, so as you know its a saying that "changes occur instantly without you knowing".

So a friend of mine told me that I should do reviewing of food. Its good as you only have to taste food and tell what exactly it is and how's it. Any ordinary student doing studies would have only thought - Let's Do It (as we will get to try new dishes). And here's the start of a journey or I call it a life that changed me to person who was so introvert to a person interacting all day long with public over social media.

As I was reviewing, Instagram at that time was a new cool for foodies like us to showcase our photos over it, and I also downloaded it and made my account. After a thoughtful process of I guess 4 to 5 Days I get to the Name "Khane Ka Bhukkad", didn't thought this will become my identity one day.

Journey from 2017 to now is being on a major low track as I was not so active on Instagram till November 2019. I only gained 10 to 12 thousand followers but in November I guess something striked right in my Head and my inner-self told what are you doing?, The thing you love the most doesn't excite you and after that I become a consistent person creating content from then to now.

There's nothing as such as journey of mine that I tell to inspire, Its that the people who support me now has been connected to me and that love makes me go crazy to nothing but creating content.

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

My favorite cuisine is North Indian Food and favorite dish as all know is Chole Bhature.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

A question that is always asked and the answer to it is that you see social media being the biggest business chain in the world right now so doing anything on social media can be a career, but just one thing to tell, do anything you love with your heart, not for the sake of money.

As in this journey I having personal experience, I came for just tasting new food dishes and from that time till now I have got so much from this field in terms of financial strength as well as love so never start anything for the sake of money. Remember that money is not the motivation, success is the motivation and money is the reward. (Take my word on this)

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

For that food lovers should check my page once (all Dishes, restaurants are being shown there), Hehe just promoting my page.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

The things that make me appreciate a restaurant is firstly and majorly the food taste. If the taste of the dish makes me say wow in my head at first, the restaurants has taken my heart. Also majorly that I see is presentation, making (hygiene), rates and service they provide.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Yes "Chole Bhature", as its a dish that makes me feel so good and happy. Eating it and on the same my followers say that I make them happy while they talk with me. (Definitely not praising myself)

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

I have this bad habit of not reading books but I have recently bought one to read that's named "Think & Grow Rich" By Napoleon Hill. I'll Definitely recommend it as a major changing book for all as it tells how determination can change everything within and outside a person's Life

At the end , a line I always say in hindi,
Jo Bhi Karo Dil se Karo Yaar
