Tell us about your background and journey.
I was born and brought up in Delhi. Growing up in Delhi, which is one of India’s fashion destinations, the sense of style and fashion came quite naturally to me. Right from childhood, I was surrounded by people who had an eye for fashion and somehow that contributed to making me decide on a career in the fashion industry.
What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
I started Lebecca Fashion ( my Instagram handle) with an aim to share my fashion ideas and beauty tips with all my followers through my posts.
Apart from fashion and beauty, I also love to share posts on travelling, photography, photo and video editing sketching and various DIY videos through my Instagram handle.
Is it financially sustainable to be a blogger today?
Like any other profession, blogging has its own share of struggle. But if someone is 100% dedicated and shares unique contents that the audience is able to relate to, then success follows. It’s all about how passionate you are as a blogger and everything else falls to place.
What do you think influences consumer behaviour?
We should always remember that followers (or consumers as you may like to call them ) are real people with real needs. As an influencer, if I am able to connect with my followers and bring some value to them via my posts, that goes a long way in influencing my followers’ likes and dislikes. At the same time, it is also my responsibility that I do not promote anything which is not genuine
How can someone become a successful blogger?
Give your 100% and leave the rest to the Almighty. By sharing genuine content which the audience can relate to.
