1. Tell us about your background and journey.·

I’m an Executive Chef Who studied gastronomy at the prestigious Italian institute, ‘E. Maggia Stresa’ and with over 20 years’ experience gained across a range of highly successful restaurants, hotels, and a cruise ship.

Marriott International, Radisson Hotel Group, Silversea Cruises, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Rotana Hotel Management are some of the International’s brands I have worked for.

Inspired from a young age by my parents who ran their own restaurant in Calabria Southern Italy, the passion has taken me across Italy, Europe, Middle East, and Asia where I have gained extensive culinary and life experiences.

After my last assignment as a Complex Executive Chef for two Marriott hotels in Surabaya, Indonesia. I have decided to start the profession of Global Culinary Consultant and now I travel all over the world sharing my experience trough differentiated and personalized services.

A school is always better and I advise the young generation to do so, because it gives you the bases, for sure the talent will do the difference.
