Pranav Shah - Learn and Practice These Spiritual Teachings and Spread Them So That Everyone Can Benefit and Live a Happy and Peaceful Life

I started to observe the people and situations around me. I could see religions hating each other and spreading violence, good friends talking bad things about each other, a person feeling sad and empty despite of having everything in life, anger, frustration, jealousy, a lot of toxicity and self doubt in my own mind, climate change, poverty, depression, suicides, murder, rapes, etc

Since then I’ve made a promise to myself that I’m going to work super hard, learn and practice these spiritual teachings and spread them so that everyone can benefit and live a happy and peaceful life.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

Growing up as a kid I couldn’t see anyone sad. Whenever I saw someone upset, sad or crying it was like a part of me was also sad. That’s why I’ve always loved helping people in any way possible to bring a smile on their face.

I come from a simple family and have been brought up with some beautiful values. I recently graduated from college after studying B.M.S. Right now I’m a 21 year old kid who is a lot into spirituality.

2. What led you to start your Instagram page as a content creator and what is it about?

Life was going perfect for me until I reached my college life. It was in my first year of college when everything started. Since the start of my college life I’ve had acne problems because of which I had a lot of confidence issues. I was really nervous to meet and talk to people. Sometimes I didn’t even like looking at myself in the mirror. I stated devaluing myself.

The other thing was that I started to observe the people and situations around me.

That’s when I started to ask all the “big questions” of life like where is this world going? How do we think, feel and act? Where have we come from? Who made us? What is our purpose? Where we’ll go after death? Is this world even real?, etc

And since they say the Bhagvad Gita has answers to all the questions/problems of life, I started searching for classes near me. The very first class shook me and changed my perspective to a whole new level. Since then I’ve made a promise to myself that I’m going to work super hard, learn and practice these spiritual teachings and spread them so that everyone can benefit and live a happy and peaceful life.

That’s the reason why I’ve started with my Instagram page. My page is all about love, kindness, positivity, spiritual teachings, inspiring and motivating people and making people feel good about themselves to the point that they don’t need anyone or anything to be happy or to define their self worth.

3. Is it financially sustainable to be a digital creator these days?

I haven’t started earning money yet through my page so I can’t really comment or say the right thing. But I feel it’s still a bit tough to be financially sustainable being a digital creator as of now. However more and more brands are coming to social media and realising the power of influencer marketing. Also social media companies are making it much more raiser for creators to make content and reach out to more people.

So I feel in the near future you can easily be financially sustainable as a digital creator. Also there are tons of ways through which you can earn money on social media so as of now I would suggest to every upcoming content creator to provide valuable and helpful content and start building a loyal follower base and you’ll get huge rewards later.

4. How can someone become a successful content creator?

So I feel there are 4 important things to become a successful content creator.

Firstly, you need to have a deep reason behind your content creation. Remember it’s not about you, or your fame, or that follower count or that brand deals.
The reason behind making content should be bigger than you. You’re making content for people and not for you.

For me it’s to make people feel loved and worthy and to show them a path towards a peaceful and happy life. The bigger and deeper your reason the bigger the amount energy and motivation you’ll have in creating content.

The second thing is consistency and patience. A lot of people start creating content but give up in between because they don’t see any increase in followers or likes. And other thing is people post between 2 huge time gaps which is not good.

So keep creating and posting regularly so that your audience knows you have a page and you’re making content and have patience. Your 99 pieces of content won’t do well but that 1 piece will go viral and all your efforts will be rewarded.

The third thing is to learn from your audience and insights. Keep tabs on what kind of content your audience is liking, sharing, saving and accordingly make content. Keep leaning and improving.

The last thing is that before posting or creating your content ask yourself “what do I want to make my audience feel after viewing this content?” All of us are driven my emotions and feelings. It’s what makes us human. It’s what truly makes us enjoy and love life.

It could be any kind of emotion and feeling like love, happy, positivity, strong, laughter, inspiration, motivation, fear, surprise, excitement, etc based on your niche. The stronger you will make them feel something the better the chances of that content going viral.

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

A lot of people find inspiration from positive or happy things but for me it’s different. I see so much of pain in people that inspires me to help them through creating content.

As I said earlier I cannot see people sad or in pain. In a world where there is so much of negativity around us and inside of us, where our mental health and peace of mind is decline day by day, if I can help people through my content in any way possible then I’ve lived a meaningful life.

Also the spiritual teachings have shown me that life is very easy and simple, we’ve just made it complicated. Hence I’m also really inspired by those teachings and want to help people to reduce their stress, negativity and feelings of lack of self love, etc so that everyone can live a life full of love and happiness.

6. Who is your favourite creator and why?

Garyvee is my favourite creator. He’s an absolute beast. The reason why he’s my favourite is because he actually practices spiritual principles in the real world.
He stands for selfless love, kindness, humility and gratitude. Having no expectations from anyone and only providing value day by day through his content and his business is the reason why he’s so successful in all areas of life and also has a loyal fan base.

He’s a pillar of strength for every single person in the world who is scared and confused in life. If it wasn’t for his videos I probably wouldn’t have started with my page.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

My favourite book is the Bhagvad gita. I read it everyday and also attend classes for it. In a world where we’re surrounded by negativity around us and inside us, where our mental health and peace is declining day by day and no one is really happy, the Gita clearly and systematically shows you how to manage and guide your emotions, how to deal with people who hurt and leave you, how to love the right way, how to perform actions in the right way with the right intention, how to live a peaceful and meaningful life full of prosperity, abundance and love. It’s like a life manual.

Mainly it tells you how your mind and desires work, what exactly this world is and who exactly you are and it shows how each of us can contribute to make this world a better place and ultimately reach our main destination which is self realisation/nirvana/enlightenment.
