I am a student of multimedia & communication technology. In addition, I am a marketer, designer, developer and the owner of 2 companies. I help ambitious people to start up their own brand / company through consultations.
1. Tell us more about your background and journey.
I am Soufyan Najjar, I am a 24 year old and I am in my last year of college. I study Multimedia & communication technology. I started a Digital Agency and a beauty care line. I love to make websites, to make content and to be busy with marketing.
2. How did you come up with your start-up idea and how did you go about executing it?
I have a lot of satisfied clients and in 2020 I wanted to start something in B2C (Business to customer). My digital agency does everything B2B (Business to Business) that’s why I want to try B2C. And I have a lot of sisters so I wanted to start a beauty care line. Beauty and self care is really important.
3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?
Time to manage it all. Besides my businesses I also work as student so I have a lot to do and I have stuff to do for school but till now everything goes well.
4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?
To have the gift of problem-solving thinking.
5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?
Don’t be scared to not do everything by your own. If you don’t have the time anymore to do things on your own. Hire people.
6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Just do it! Don’t read too many books. Just start!
7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?
Go work some months to save money and with that money you can start.
