Tell us about your upbringing, background & journey.

Born in Kota and raised with Rajasthani (Marwari) culture, I have completed my Matriculation from Durga Rani public School, Kota, Rajasthan, and my higher secondary school was Navrachna Sr. Sec. School, Kunhadi, Kota, Rajasthan; I opted for PCM as my plus two subjects.

After completing my school, I chose B. Tech in Computer Science as my career; I completed my B. Tech from Modi Institute of Technology, Kota. Rajasthan (2007 to 2011) Talking about my journey in this sector, I firstly joined SARSO Biznet International Private Limited in the year 2012, July, and continued till 2014, August. 

I joined the company as a fresher as an outbound sales agent and responsible to generate leads for the organization and responsible for closures also. I achieved 120% target achievement as well as I was awarded 3 times as a best sales agent. 

In the year of 2013, I was handling a Team of 30 FTEs and I was responsible for low attrition and shrinkage, Driving Key Input Metrics that have an impact on Customer Satisfaction and Problem Resolution scores Monitoring and analyzing team performance, Identifying the weak links in the team performance and
making the action plan for the bottom performers.

Acting as a Front-Line Manager to deal with issues, requirements, and escalations at a team level, Mentoring and coaching the team members as per their goals and objectives, and Organized One-On-One session with the team to help them build a career path and providing constant feedback to achieve the required deliveries.

In the year 2014, I was responsible for ensuring that Business KPIs are met for the shift, this includes Service Level, answering level, AHT and Hold Time, Production per FTE. I was committed to delivering on agreed Quality Scores and Performance metrics as per requirement.

Acting as a facilitator to ensure that all systems, headsets, and IP Phones are in working condition and ensuring that all customer escalation and complaints are dealt with within the agreed SLA.

Later on, I joined Riemen Solution Private Limited in the year 2014 and I’ve been in this profound company till date.

I was responsible for new client acquisition, Drive team of BD, Handling Team of digital marketing to generate leads for the company Have acquired Quikr, Flipkart, Amazon, OLX CMC, Cars24, Meesho, FT Cash, Shopclues, Housing, Cartrade, Responsible for 100% Billing and  client handling, supporting business planning (Manpower/Cost function/Finance/Administration) both for existing operations and the start-up of new operations, Creating Operational Excellence Systems to ensure optimal utilization & realization across different functions of the organization, Auditing of the payroll data to ensure accurate disbursal of the payroll, Identification for ongoing process improvement, Closing the Process agreement with new clients, Responsible for budget planning, Responsible for the Maximum ROI by inefficient cost-cutting, Responsible for reviews of the quality team on weekly basis.

Responsible for client feedback from time to time and supporting operation team to deliver, timely without any escalation. It has been a great journey for me into corporate life.

How did you choose this field & what led you to rise to the highest echelons?

I have a great inclination towards operating and developing the center with I have set of skills like New Hire Training, OJT Programs, Effective Client Coordination, Project Management, Compliance, Team Leading, Reviews, BQ Management, client acquisition, client handling, business development, budget planning, Cost cutting, Compliance management, vendor management, and ROI calculation made me believe that this field is made up for me.

Customer satisfaction and analyzing the pain area of the company and customer and working on that with a handsome team to seek out the problems made me rise to the highest echelons.


What advice do you have for people who want to rise in a corporate environment?

I personally and professionally believe that people should stand for what they believe and corporate management. They should follow management and keep themselves productive.

The main key to succeed in corporate life is to get yourself engaged with management and be productive as much as you can which will lead you to touch the pinnacle of success.


How has branding changed over the years?

Looking into 90’s era branding was costly as there were fewer resources like print media, TV, and celebrities promoting the product leads to cost a lot and it was not easy for normal people to promote their Business or products but today’s generation has easy access to branding to promote their products and services because of digital marketing. 

A drastic change has occurred in the direct jump from traditional to modern marketing!
                               


How should one approach a new partnership for success?

Partnership leads to comfort according to me as discussing the pain occurring in the company or any department you can discuss KPI (Key Productivity Indicators) with your partner.


What are your future plans?

As of now, my future goals are to cater to the industry as well as to reduce the process cost. More improvements in the arena of cost-effective solutions, and provide good services to our dear customers.

The use of Artificial intelligence should be excessive which will save the company money; maximizing technology will reduce many burdens and will enhance the company’s marketing and growth.

Deepak also holds experience in conducting appraisals and participating in the recruitment process to close the Operations part. He has a prolonged experience in running real-time management of incentive programs to boost performance.
