There are 4 aspects that I look out for in a dish or a restaurant - flavours, presentation, ambience and most importantly hygiene.
The dish that is close to my heart and replicates some traits of my personality has to be an amalgamation of different flavours put together on a plate-like butter chicken. It has a sweet and tangy taste that I relish.
By profession, I was an educator but I was always inclined towards creating new and innovative recipes. Finally, I created an opportunity for myself and started food blogging. It gives me a sense of contentment to fulfil my dream which I always wanted to pursue.
Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?
Favourite cuisine I would say Middle eastern especially shawarma, kebabs, hummus, zalata and fattoush salad. But I also love butter chicken and pizza.
Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?
I believe it's driven by passion. However, eventually, it can turn out to be a great career choice. It's a huge platform to showcase exquisite cuisines and creative recipes.
