Sex is good until it is a desire but the moment when it turns into a necessity it can be a problem for society. The need of having it has many reasons which could certainly impact different domains of our life.

Physical and mental reasons are among the most considerable and impactful reasons behind having sex. It endows physical pleasure and releases stress. To maintain a biological chain people need to have it but still, it is altogether the personal choice of every person.

Sex is not just a matter of fun and thrill, it is an act of responsibility too. Education is a medium through which any person can become more responsible and careful. Sexual acts are one of those acts which bring many unexpected ramifications for which one should be ready to bear.

Right knowledge at the right time of this under-talk topic is quite essential especially for those members of the society who are becoming part of youth and are already a part of youth. As they are the most productive members of society, they need to channelize their energy more efficiently.

Moreover, lack of knowledge about sex and related issues are also responsible for many sex-related crimes, which are selectively shown by media houses, that every day make society more depressive and aggressive.

Effective Ways to Educate about Sex

Education can be made more interesting in certain ways. Although, disseminating knowledge about sensitive issues like Sex needs a bit more carefulness and professionalism to express the right knowledge through the right word.

We can organize discussions on sex and issues related. By making people aware of different precautionary measures can surely reduce obliviousness. Not only health-related stuff but all kinds of legal laws about sex-related crimes must get highlighted through various methods like plays, rallies, and so on.

There are many yogic practices through which we can absolutely channelize the energy into a favorable direction. Giving sex education during yogic sessions can also work brilliantly. It can work in institutions like schools and colleges.

Adding creativity to anything automatically enhances its reach. So here also, we can use multiple methods to circulate apt information like by using placards for do’s and don'ts can increase the awareness, can make posters with slogans and many more.

We should also focus on targeting the youth by launching inclusive drives or campaigns. We should tell them the reality and the consequences of using it in the wrong way. The Internet is the best platform to increase the reach, we should go further with this also.

Many organizations are working in the same direction and most importantly they give this crucial knowledge at the very basic phase of life to the youngsters and i.e. during their schooling.

Read about - The Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) Guidelines for Comprehensive Sexuality Education, developed by a national task force of experts in the field of adolescent development, health care, and education. The guide provides a framework of the key concepts, topics, and messages that all sexuality education programs ideally include.

Conclusion

Educating people about sex is not only in the favour of a specific section but in the whole of society. As it will shape a more progressive, open, and crimeless society. The government should also put a step forward in the same direction. There are many stringent laws for almost all kinds of crimes but the problem occurs in the implementation of these laws.

Altogether, sex education has become a need for today’s society. Having sex education is not only beneficial for people’s health but can also edify their emotional state. I believe education is only a door to success but also the foremost step towards bringing substantial change.
