1. Describe your journey, struggle and how you overcame them?
I have always been interested in the creative side of the brain, and Digital Marketing as a career has intrigued me as it doesn’t just involve one industry, but knowledge and expertise of a vast arena.
Getting acquainted with different brands and different people, creating content for various brands is exciting. Every day feels new and the best part is, it’s never monotonous.
Doing what I love doing hasn’t always been a smooth sail. To look at the other side of the coin, starting Virtual Take hasn’t been a cake walk. The struggle was with my mind, as it didn’t know when the right time was and if at all it was the right thing to do.
One day, I decided to just go for it, and I did. That was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Every day is a new day, with a new challenge, and that is the most exciting part!
2. What according to you is digital marketing?
Digital Marketing is telling the world that you exist, that your brand exists. It’s as important as that.
For people to have a company, but no identity, is basically like for a person to exist without a name. Not possible, right? Well, that’s what digital marketing is: creating an identity for your brand. Making your brand, a brand.
3. Why is digital marketing preferred over traditional marketing?
How many of us look at billboards as much as we scroll through Instagram? While you think about this, it answers the question asked.
Traditional Marketing still does hold vital in its own place, although, Digital Marketing has been growing with the number of users increasing online.
While we look at people we admire, i.e., influencers, using certain products and services, it instills a feeling of urge to have the same. Social media does that to you.
When someone talks about their brand, the first thing people do is check their page out on Instagram. That’s how important it now is.
4. Talk about one of your most effective campaigns.
During the pandemic, when the second wave hit, we had done a ‘show the vaccination certificate and receive a product reward’ campaign for a plywood brand, named ‘Akar Plywood’, that in turn transformed as a trend for businesses.
It not only helped spread awareness, but was also for a good cause. It created a win-win situation as the brand awareness increased, and people knew ‘Akar’ as a brand.
Building a brand and creating value out of it, is what Virtual Take aims for, and when we as a brand, build others, it gives us immense pleasure.
5. Tell us about your firm, “Virtual Take for social media and branding services.”
Virtual Take is all about taking your brand to a new high. We give a brand its identity, create value and give the brand a shape that curves into finesse and dynamics.
With services like Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Identity and Brand Strategy, Virtual Take aims to build a brand’s core and make noise about its existence.
It’s not just the virtual services that we provide you with, but also the value we create with your brand, whilst considering your take.
6. Please provide some tricks or tips to youngsters who want to achieve in this field
No tricks or elevators are worth it, just the gut feeling. You must’ve heard ‘the right time is now’, well, in my opinion, you never know when the right time is. So do it anyway.
If it’s something you’ve always wanted to do, just go for it. Let your passion for creativity and building brands, seize you. Create meaningful content that makes an impact, have fun with your imagination and you’re good to go.
In the end, it’s all about waking up to new and exciting challenges everyday.
