List of Romantic Books to Read in Your 20’s

The twenties is an age where you are lustful and need someone. When you see your friends indulging in relationships be it casual or dating someone you feel you need someone in your life too. Trust me that is so common. You have urges and maybe physically because this is an age to have you want to make love. 

The twenties is the time when you are a hopeless romantic and full of attractions and want to feel loved. There are some books that I will suggest that will try to quench your thirst for love.

Fifty shades trilogy

The novel was written by El James.Anastasia a twenty-one-year-old girl and Cristian Grey a twenty-seven-year-old wealthy and successful man. Anastasia is a college graduate with an English major who comes to take an interview with Christian Grey for the college newspaper. 

The story takes a twist when Anastasia gets to know about Christian wildness and the traumatic past he went through all his life. It includes a lot of erotica and how it affects them and how it bonds them. 

Pride and Prejudice

The Novel was written by most of the favorite writers of all time Jane Austen. One of the classic and epic books of all time Pride and Prejudices is a romantic novel of all time. 

It is about Elizabeth Bennet, the daughter of a country gentleman and a rich aristocratic landowner Darcy.  Elizabeth being opinionated wanted freedom in her life and Darcy was an introvert and sometimes rude. Their love blossoms when they clash with each other.

The Notebook-

The romantic novel was written in 1996 by American Novelist Nicholas Sparks. The story begins with Noah Calhoun a rural southerner who recently came from the second world war. Noah is restoring a plantation to bring back to its former glory. 

He is haunted by the images in his memory of a beautiful girl who he met fourteen years ago he loved like no other. Unable to find her he cannot forget her unless she unexpectedly returns to the town to see him once again.

As they fell in love with each other they encounter many puzzles. The whole story is about emotions and miracles. 

The Bollywood affair-

The romantic novel was written by Sonali Dev explored the idea of the hypocrite Indian societies. This romantic novel disusses about Mili Rathod who got married at the age of four in the village. Mili’s freedom was restricted due to marriage. 

Her Grandmother wanted her to become a modern wife so she sent her to America for eight months. Bollywood's favorite director Samir Rathod came to Michigan to secure a divorce for his brother. Soon they both get close to each other and Samir is helping her to make Dal and Rotis and escorting her to her friend’s wedding. Soon they start loving each other. 

Our impossible Love-

The romantic story written by Durjoy Datta revolves around Aisha who is a School going, girl and figuring out her journey for self-discovery as a woman and love. Unlike every teenage girl, she also wants a boyfriend. 

Danish is a young man who is completely opposite from his brother who is ambitious and achieving. He is confused about figuring it out himself. Their life takes change when Danish becomes a school counselor and Aisha comes for consultation. After the horrific incident happened on Alisha’s birthday they become close to each other. 

A lot like Adios-

The intense novel was written by Alexis Daria talks about Michelle Amato who was in her corporate marketing career left and became a freelance Graphic designer and opened her business. Her love life is non-existent. But she fantasizes about a guy whom she met thirteen years ago and cannot stop thinking about him. 

Gabriel who Michelle admires and Gabriel’s crush. He becomes a successful co-owner of a Gym for celebrities based in L A. An investor insisting they open in NewYork too. They become close with each other when Michelle comes onboard for the marketing campaign for their Gym.
