Dance
and classical singing being my passion I took Zumba as my secondary profession.

2.
What is your fitness mantra?
My
fitness mantra is dance!
For
me, it's a self-expression that gives me discipline in my health.
3.
What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?
Bodybuilding
supplements advertised on social media really work...
Nothing
will work until you and your mind works for it.
4.
How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Dance
regularly and be physically active, get enough sleep, limit unhealthy foods and
eat healthy meals.
5.
How can one build a successful career in Zumba?
If
you have a passion for Latin American dance and would like to teach people how
to live healthier lives by incorporating it into their workout routine, you may
consider becoming a Zumba Instructor. And always ask me how.
6.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone who wishes to lose weight?
One
of the best ways to lose body fat is through dancing and steady cardio — such
as brisk walking — for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. Some people
may require more physical activity than this to lose weight and maintain that
weight loss. Any extra movement helps burn calories.
7.
How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well-being and happiness?
People
who exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet tend to do so because it gives
them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic throughout the
day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed and
positive about themselves and their lives. Happy ZUMBA always.
