Today I will introduce you to the world of anime, where fiction meets reality, where characters who become legends are born and epic fights and some noisy transformations take place.
We will be going through the animes suitable for you if you want to give this domain a shot.

Also known as the best anime to start your anime journey, this anime will help you hook onto other anime.
Light Yagami, one of if not the smartest students in all of Japan, suddenly finds a notebook, a notebook in which whoever's name is written with their face in mind will die within the next 40 seconds of the writing. This notebook is known as the DEATH NOTE, which belongs to the God of Death, The Shinigami.
Driven by his motives of creating a world with no crime, Light starts killing criminals at an unprecedented pace. The people start calling the one behind all these deaths as KIRA, derived from the English word, Killer. This leads to Light thinking of himself as the GOD of this world.
As Light wreaks havoc in the world, he finds a rival in the form of the world’s best detective L, who is determined to stop this massacre. The story revolves around the cat-and-mouse chase between L and Light.
Death Note, also known as one of the best anime of all time, has a gripping narrative, an enthralling story and one of the best character developments of all time. This anime has 37 episodes in total and they are worth a shot.
2. Attack on Titans
The island nation of Paradis is covered with walls because of its soil. roam giant human-like creatures called the Titans. Everyone is living in peace until one day, a giant Titan appears out of nowhere and collapses the walls. This leads to all the other titans coming inside the walls.
The real story begins when an 11-year-old Eren Yeager sees his mother getting eaten alive by a titan. He gets so enraged that he swears to kill every single one of them.
What comes next is the mind-bending story, full of twists and turns, of how an emotional, immature and weak boy becomes the strongest and declares war on the whole world.
This anime is currently being aired with the last season airing next year. Currently, it has 87 episodes.
3. Demon Slayer
In a world full of demons who eat humans, Tanjiro finds himself all alone when the demon king himself kills all of his family except his sister who gets turned into a demon herself.
Determined to turn his sister back into a human again, Tanjiro became stronger and wanted to get revenge on the demon king himself.
Animated by UFOTABLE STUDIOS, this anime has one of the best animations in the whole anime verse. The story is gripping and full of epic fights. The anime is still airing with its 3rd season airing next year. It has 26 episodes as of now.
4. Haikyuu
A middle school student, Shoyo Hinata, one day on the TV, watched the LITTLE GIANT in action in a high school volleyball match. Inspired by him he starts playing volleyball.
At the end of middle school, he participates in a tournament and his team gets decimated in the first match, by the team led by Tobio Kageyama.
Determined to get revenge on Tobio, Hinata decides to join the same high school as the LITTLE GIANT, Karasuno High School. But to his surprise, he finds out that he and Kageyama are on the same team.
This story is about the development of a guy who just wants to play volleyball all the time to become one of the best volleyball players in all of Japan. This series has it all. It will make you laugh at some moments but will also make you cry at others. But most of all, you will be sitting at the edge of your seat during all of the games. This anime is still airing with 2 of its movies left to air now. Currently, it has 85 episodes.
5. Another
Kouichi Sakakibara has been transferred to a high school in Tokyo. He gets enrolled in class 1C and looks forward to it. But to his surprise he finds others calling class C, cursed. He finds himself a friend in Mei Misaki but cannot figure out why everyone else has been treating her like she never existed. Is the class cursed? Join Sakakibara and Misaki in their journey to unfold the mystery behind the CURSE OF CLASS C.
With one of the most gripping stories in all of the anime and a really strong background score, Another offers something unique of its kind.
Though, if you are not a fan of gruesome deaths and really gore scenes, you might just want to avoid this anime. This anime has completed airing. It has 12 episodes
