aim with every step I have taken since then is to improve the organization's
shareholder value. I have kept up-to-date with the latest technology trends and

startups. With state-of-the-art Design, Development, Test, and Marketing solutions,
we have garnered clients worldwide and create bespoke solutions per business
requirements.
From startup to India's
leading IT firm, Seasia Infotech and I have seen several ups and down, but our
persistence and patience have helped us ride the tides and come out victorious
against every storm.
2. 2. Tell us more about Seasia Infotech and the
impact you want to make in this world through it?
Seasia Infotech is an
organization focused on problem-solving. We cater to businesses and individuals
who want to utilize the online space for their benefit. As an IT services
provider, we have already helped several companies change their interactions
with clients and work operations through tools like DevOps, Infrastructural
changes, marketing solutions, and much more.
With Seasia Infotech,
we have the vision to create a completely digitalized future. Making the world
better and easier to navigate and helping turn our clients' ventures more
sustainable in this ever-evolving digital world are some goals we consider
while working on every project.
3. 3. How according to you has marketing evolved over
the years?
The market has changed
considerably over the years, and all for the better. It has become more
cut-throat and competitive as more IT companies aim to secure the same
clientele. But, at the same time, IT work has increased significantly. Every
organization seeks to get a piece of the bigger pie, so they try to get
enterprises as their clientele. However, with smaller brands looking for
internet acceptance, fame, and profitability, there is something for everyone.
Technologies are
changing rapidly, so companies and employees must adapt quickly to stay
relevant in the current climate.
4. 4. How can we adopt Digital Marketing to make
marketing more effective?
Digital marketing is an
essential tool for the overall marketing of your brand. Unlike the yesteryears,
people are not sitting in front of a television every day anymore. Instead,
they are on their phones, scrolling through Instagram, and almost always look
up information online before making a purchase.
A company will need
expert digital marketers for the job. Moreover, consideration is required on
what platforms to use for the promotions. While using Direct marketing is an
excellent choice to promote your business, you will need a website, and
depending on your niche, LinkedIn might get you the best results. It is only
through appropriate research that companies can find the appropriate channels
to market their product or services.
5. 5. How do you believe digital marketing has
transformed the concept of marketing?
Before, people used to
interact with their customers sparsely. Keeping in touch with them in a two-way
conversation was impossible. Now, it is a thing of the past. People expect
companies to keep an open dialogue through emails, social media interactions,
customer care services, and other platforms.
Also, with
digitalization, marketing has become more personalized. Overall marketing has
changed significantly in the past few years. For one, marketing today focused
more on brand loyalty and desire. The access to user data and consumer behavior
has allowed companies to create marketing strategies that yields better
results.
6. 6. How can one reach the top echelons in
marketing?
In marketing, one must be
innovative. Companies must follow new trends. And they make efforts to stay
relevant through an online persona that appears beneficial for the clients. We
have to identify and create the persona, that appeals to the target audience.
Digital Marketing is the Showbiz. Reinventing yourself regularly online is the
only way to make your marketing efforts successful and reach the top.
7. 7. What is your opinion of the Indian digital
marketing scene and how would you like to change that?
The Indian Digital marketing
scene does require changes in today's time. While we are among the biggest
content creators you can find, there is still more need for innovation and new
ideas. The digital marketing team in Seasia does try new things at all times,
including exploring new avenues to get more clientele and finding ways to keep
current users engaged for repeat sales. Overall, online marketing is an
excellent tool, but it is also volatile. So, people who are ready to adapt to
the changes are the only ones who will survive. The Millennials have the skill
set needed to change with times, but it requires active effort that some
individuals lack. And that mindset is what I would like to change.
8. 8. What are the future plans for yourself and your
company?
Seasia has grown and
attained a level of operations that makes us one of the leading IT companies in
India. In the future, we would like to become one of the top IT solutions
providers worldwide. Moreover, we aim to improve our operations as time
progresses and innovate every step of the way.
My aim for the future
is to help my company reach all the success it deserves.
9. Which is your favorite book and why?
Choosing one is going
to be tough. I am an avid reader and have a few books that have helped me
throughout my CEO journey. Passion & Purpose: Stories From The Best and
Brightest Business Leaders by Daniel Gulati et Al is one of my favorite books
because it has real-life accounts of current business leaders' journey to
success. It is amongst the most
insightful things that I have read in a while.
Other books that have
shaped my views are “The Hard Thing About Hard Things,” by Ben Horowitz and
“Shoe Dog,” by Phil Knight.
