Q. Let's begin with your journey - how did you step into the world of astrology and what led to the creation of "Vyas Card"?

I was born in 1980 and since childhood, I was deeply influenced by sitting beside my grandfather, Pandit Shri Ramgopal Ji Vyas, a renowned Shrimad Bhagwat preacher. Listening to him interpret Vedic scriptures and share astrological insights sparked my lifelong interest in astrology. 

Over the past two decades, I've practiced Kundali (birth chart) reading and face-reading astrology, gaining recognition as a celebrity astrologer. My experiences led me to create the Vyas Card. Since I cannot reach everyone personally with this weekly predictions and recommendations card, I can offer my guidance, which is available globally to over a million people, providing personalized support across all life areas.

Q. Astrology is often seen as a mix of science, spirituality, and intuition. How do you personally define astrology?

In my opinion, astrology is like an umbrella in the rain, it can’t stop life’s challenges, but it can help us navigate them with more awareness and confidence. I see it as a practical life strategy tool that combines ancient wisdom with modern insight. It helps people understand the natural rhythms of life, make more intentional choices, and stay grounded during uncertain times.

Astrology doesn’t promise to change your fate, but it offers valuable guidance by highlighting patterns, energies, and cycles that influence our thoughts, emotions, and decisions. It encourages self-reflection and empowers us to respond to life with mindfulness rather than impulse.

More than just predictions, astrology serves as a mirror to our inner world, helping us uncover our strengths, understand our challenges, and align our actions with our true self. It’s a blend of science, spirituality, and intuition that supports personal growth and clarity in a complex world.

People often perceive astrology as something magical, believing that any astrologer holds the complete solution to all their problems, or that they can perform some miracle to remove all the difficulties in their lives instantly. 

However, in reality, that's not how it works. Astrology reflects the outcomes of your karma, indicated by the positions of the planets in your birth chart. It does not eliminate problems, but it can provide awareness and guidance. Think of astrology like an umbrella in the rain. It cannot stop the rain, but it can help protect you from getting drenched.

Q.Can astrology genuinely influence major life decisions- like career, relationships, or health; or should it only serve as guidance?

In my view, astrology serves as a powerful framework for guidance rather than a strict decision-making tool. It provides meaningful insights into key areas of life; such as career, relationships, and health; by highlighting favorable timings, upcoming challenges, and emotional or energetic patterns.

Astrology doesn’t dictate what you should do, but it helps you understand your options more clearly. It acts like a roadmap, allowing you to navigate life with more awareness and confidence. Whether you're making an important career move or dealing with relationship choices, astrology can offer perspective and timing that supports better decision-making.

Ultimately, it should be used as a companion to your inner wisdom and not as a replacement for personal responsibility or free will. It guides you, but the final choice is always yours.

Q. How do you balance ancient astrological wisdom with today's modern lifestyle and fast-paced world?

Since 1998, I’ve focused on translating the rich depth of Vedic astrology into a form that fits the pace and needs of modern life. I believe that ancient wisdom remains incredibly relevant, but it needs to be delivered in a way that today’s audience can easily understand and apply.

These brief yet insightful messages offer clear, timely, and actionable guidance. By simplifying complex astrological knowledge into something quick and useful, I help people stay connected to ancient wisdom while navigating today’s fast-moving world.

Q. What role does free will play in a life predicted by astrological charts? Are we bound by destiny or can we rewrite it?

Think of destiny as your roadmap, it shows where the roads lead, but not which one you'll take. That's where free will comes in. I always remind people, you're not stuck with just one path. With awareness, especially of planetary timing, you can shift direction and outcomes. Your karma matters, but your choices write the real story.

Q. You've likely guided thousands, is there a particular story or prediction that stands out as unforgettable?

An elderly couple once asked me a question that has stayed with me: 'Which one of us will die first?' It's a question that touches something very deep, but I couldn't answer it, and I still wouldn't. 

Life and death are sensitive, deeply personal matters that go far beyond what astrology can truly reveal. Rather than trying to predict such things, I believe it's more meaningful to focus on living fully.

Q. Lastly, if you had to predict one thing for our readers this year, something fun or uplifting-  what would it be?

2025 is the year of manifestation, where dreams become reality, many zodiac signs will experience a surge in creativity and new connections. Remember, small shifts often carry the most meaning when we're open to them.
