Sonam Jaggi Interview
“Motherhood didn’t take my identity away—it taught me how to live it honestly.”
1. Your content beautifully balances motherhood and lifestyle. What inspired you to share your journey online as MomAvengers?
MomAvengers began as a personal space to document the rollercoaster of motherhood while holding on to my love for food, fashion, and travel. I wanted to show that becoming a mom doesn’t mean putting your passions on pause—you can embrace both worlds. The name came from the idea that moms are everyday superheroes, and our stories deserve to be celebrated honestly, playfully, and sometimes even in all their messy glory.
2. You create content across food, wellness, travel, and beauty. Which of these do you connect with most, and how do you decide what to highlight?
I connect most deeply with food and travel because they create shared experiences for both my family and my community. Food sparks conversations, while travel opens up new perspectives. That said, I usually share what feels natural in the moment. If I’m navigating a wellness struggle, I talk about it. If I discover a beauty ritual that genuinely makes me feel good, I share that too. Authenticity guides my choices far more than trends ever could.
3. What’s been one of your most memorable moments—whether a travel experience or a family milestone—that you loved sharing with your community?
One of my most cherished moments was a family trip where I managed to balance being fully present with my son while also creating content that reflected those real, joyful experiences. When my community responded not just to the picture-perfect shots, but also to the behind-the-scenes chaos—melted ice creams, missed naps, and all—I realized people connect far more with the real than the reel.
4. Managing personal life, career, and content creation can be challenging. How do you stay grounded and maintain your creative flow?
Routine really grounds me. I carve out small pockets of time—early mornings or late evenings—to create. I’ve also learned not to chase perfection; some of my most loved posts were completely spontaneous. Whenever I feel stuck, I step back and live life offline for a bit. That pause usually brings the best ideas back to me naturally.
5. Who or what inspires you the most—as a mother, creator, and individual striving for balance?
My biggest inspiration is my son. He constantly reminds me to find wonder in the ordinary. As a creator, I’m inspired by women who unapologetically juggle multiple roles without losing themselves in the process. For me, balance comes from admiring those women while still writing my own script—without comparison.
6. How do you define success today—not in numbers, but in terms of impact on your life and community?
Success, for me, is when someone messages saying, “I felt this too,” or “This helped me today.” If my content makes another mom feel seen or inspires someone to try something new for themselves, that’s real impact. Numbers fluctuate, but that sense of connection stays with me much longer.
7. What advice would you give to women—especially moms—who want to create authentic content that reflects their multifaceted lives?
Start small. Start real. Don’t wait for the perfect setup or the perfect version of yourself. Share what feels true—whether it’s a messy kitchen, a hard day, or a proud milestone. Consistency matters, but so does being kind to yourself along the way. Your voice doesn’t need to be polished to be powerful—it just needs to be yours.
