Sachin Interview
“Some feelings don’t need words. They need honesty and a few quiet seconds to be felt.”
Q. Before content creation, who was Sachin and what pulled you toward storytelling?
Before I started creating content, I was working in a corporate job as a Senior Process Associate. After about seven months, I realised that this path wasn’t meant for me.One day, a friend asked me to create content on the issue of dogs being removed from Delhi-NCR colonies. That became the first piece of content I ever created.
The process made me feel complete, and that’s when I knew this was my calling, something I could see myself doing for the rest of my life.
Q. When you create a reel, what comes first: emotion, visuals, or voiceover?
Every time I create something, it always starts with emotion.I focus primarily on storytelling that allows viewers to empathise with the characters and relate to the storyline. When people see themselves in those moments, it helps them reflect on what they might be doing right or wrong in their own lives and relationships.
Q. What do you think hurts more in relationships: what’s said or what’s left unsaid?
What’s left unsaid hurts the most. When a beautiful relationship breaks, both people eventually realise there was something they could have done or said better. In the moment, we often speak to win arguments instead of listening to the love still echoing between us.I also believe that when someone goes through the depths of life, they become capable of translating both pain and happiness honestly on screen. Those depths shape sensitivity, perspective, and creativity. For anyone in a creative field, depth isn’t optional, it’s essential.
Q. How do you protect your mental space while playing emotionally heavy characters?
At times, playing emotionally heavy or sad characters can feel overwhelming and even monotonous. When I sense that emotional exhaustion setting in, I consciously step back and switch gears. For a few days, I focus on creating lighter, fun, and jolly content. That shift helps me reset emotionally and protects my mental space. This balance allows me to stay vulnerable on screen without letting the weight of those emotions affect my real life. I believe taking care of your mental health is just as important as being honest in your art only then can the stories continue to feel real and authentic.
Q. If someone discovers your work through a random reel, what do you hope they feel?
If someone discovers my work midway through a series or through a random reel, I want them to feel that every moment matters. I put extra effort into each episode so that even a single reel can stand on its own and still carry emotion, honesty, and meaning.I believe love, timing, and human connection are fragile and often understood only in small moments. While creating long running micro-dramas can sometimes be monotonous, and not every episode can hold the same intensity, I consciously try to make each one valuable. My hope is that, even within a few seconds, viewers sense the sincerity relationships deserve: patience, presence, and emotional honesty.
Bio
Sachin is a digital content creator, writer, and actor recognised for his emotionally grounded short-form storytelling on Instagram and YouTube. His work explores love, silence, distance, and the unspoken layers of human relationships.
Before turning to content creation full-time, Sachin worked in the corporate sector, but a single storytelling experiment revealed his true calling. Since then, he has built a distinct narrative style rooted in authenticity where emotions lead visuals, and silence speaks as loudly as dialogue.
Through micro-dramas and standalone reels, Sachin creates moments that pause time, inviting viewers to reflect on their own experiences of love, loss, and connection. His stories don’t chase trends; they linger because they feel real.
