1. Tell us more about your role and responsibilities at your college?

IINTM as a very vibrant cultural heritage. As the head of the literature society of The college , my principal responsibility is to engage with differential concerns for a common goal; that of realising the society’s collective artistic vision. This process consists of several stages such as conduction inter college competitions and moreover organizing games related to literature. The fun part is every responsibility every practice, every performance reveals to you some new responsibility associated with the job.

Every so often, it is making the tough trade-off between staying true to our extravagant production aesthetics, against practical considerations like budgetary restraints. On the worst days, it is sitting through harsh feedback and formulating a subsequent game plan. On other better ones, it is receiving praise for your team’s win. The job, like the art form, is dynamic and ever changing.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

Growing up I’ve always been curious to try different things and have jumped at every opportunity I've come across. At the end of the day, knowing I can add value to people's life’s gives me a sense of satisfaction and happiness and that in itself makes me want to do it all over again.

Every responsibility always seems intimidating at first but don’t hold back because of the fear or doubt, you never know who you're inspired by your actions. All it takes is a little courage and believe in yourself wholeheartedly. That is all the superpower you’ll ever need.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

Yes, challenges were so many that I can't remember a few of them as well. Yes am a normal human, an Aspiring student, challenges are faced by each one of us in their career, life or what so ever. Even I had some sleepless night that lonely evening where I would star at the sky thinking what to do.

My biggest fear inside me to do something meaningful in life that urges if wining and doing something which you like to achieve something more than your comfort zone is what gets me self satisfaction.

It was challenging to be dependent on someone or something but if would be better if you could do it on your own. So whatever I have done so far I have learnt the hard way do yes you Remember and Excel well if you do it the rough way.

Till date, I work to learn and gain experience, I have improved and learnt personally, about who I was.  An introvert to a person addressing the crowd of hundreds easily. Also Professional has developed in my soft skills communication, behavior, to stand bold and strong not to forget the sense of humor.

4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

Leader has to take the team together, help them, guide them and make sure that every volunteer comes forward to work and give ideas for betterment.

My motive was to make every day count and make sure we improve daily and keep on improving as this the only way we can do things better and make our contribution for service .

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

I not only think but I believe that it always will be a good thing to involve oneself into internships and attend various educational conferences because in near 4 years, you have to work and all you will have is these little experiences that will make you a better person. You will fail, get rejected, succeed, but it all will sum up to an experience that you will look back at and cherish.

I wish all the best to everyone out their who tries and will try to work beyond their capabilities.
