I am Kirti Thakur from Himachal Pradesh and a Navy Brat. Currently residing in UAE along with my husband.
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and an aspiring fitness model. I provide personal coaching online under my own brand Kasrat India. Also, I have co-written an e-guide on Fat Loss.
What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
My dream of being known in the masses as a fitness professional and a fitness model took me to social media.
How would you distinguish the term blogger from an influencer?
Blogger gives you valuable information, facts and can also provide excerpts from researches, while an influencer, can give you the motivation to practically apply the knowledge imparted, and keep you on toes, along with what bloggers are giving you, however blogging is popular with a niche and I completely respect that!
Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
Yes, if the content being made is concrete, concise and correct, and of course, when mixed with the consistency of posting and understanding the social media thoroughly, it is not only financially sustainable but can also be built into something great!
What do you think influences consumer behavior?
Content, trends, knowledge, and presentation.
Your opinion on Instagram contemplating removing likes option for posts.
Well, I would still like to see how the changes happen and affect the correct situation, and only then I can give a genuine opinion on this.
Which is your favorite book and why?
"The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr.Murphy, because the depth in knowledge provided in this book on the law of attraction still amazes me.
What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?
"You get what you work for". I truly believe that I'm the driver of my own life.
