If you would have to introduce yourself in a gist, what all will you include about yourself?
My name is Kanisha Malhotra and I am an Indian television actress and social media Influencer known for television shows like Jai Jai Jai Bajrang Bali, Maharakshak: Devi and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and shot to fame with Bollywood movie Second Marriage Dot Com. I am also known as a stylist, director and scriptwriter and have worked with 150+ brands as an influencer.

What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
Being a content creator I always wanted to work on a larger scale and realized that Instagram is a growing market for content and hence IG page happened.

How would you distinguish the term blogger from an influencer?
Blogger is somebody who writes blogs on a website or a page while an influencer is someone who inspires others by posting content they have created.

Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
I would say yes as more and more brands are relying on influencer marketing nowadays. But it takes a little while to reach where income starts flowing for influencers.

What do you think influences consumer behavior?
I believe there are various things that influence consumer behavior- relatability, marketing, pricing... it totally depends on person to person what attracts them the most.

Your opinion on Instagram contemplating removing likes option for posts.
I feel it would become a little difficult for content creators like us as more and more brands would ask for insights thereafter. But in a way, it’s good as there are so many creators who work with fake likes and engagement which leads to fewer collaborations for genuine creators.
Which is your favorite book and why?
I love this book titled 'The Power of subconscious mind' as it has taught me to achieve things training your subconscious mind which I had never thought would have been possible.

What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?
The Key to success for me is to keep working hard, staying with the process, and believing that the universe has great plans for me.
