Film City is a film studio situated in Mumbai covering a vast area of 520 acres. It was built in 1977 by the state government to provide facilities and concessions to films. It was renamed as Dadasaheb Phalke Chitrangari in 2001. It is a place where all the Bollywood movies from various production houses are filmed.
It has all types of locations like a prison, gardens, mountain, temple, picnic spots, and even a man-made waterfall. Noida Film City
Noida Film City is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is spread over 100 acres of land. It was founded in 1988 by Sandeep Marwah, an Indian film producer, founder, and chairperson of AAFT. It is a front runner studio for shooting serials, news, and entertainment programs. It is a demanding place that hosts celebrities, bureaucrats, and VIP events.

It was founded by Akkineni Nageswara Rao. It is located in Hyderabad and is spread over 22 acres. It is run by Nagarjuna Akkineni who is the son of the founder. MGR Film City
It is an integrated film studio located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu which is managed by the government of TamilNadu. It was established in 1994 and is spread across 70 acres. It houses a film institute named MGR Film and Television Institute.
It is the best place for sightseeing. MGR Film City has many innumerable sets based on numerous themes like the Mughal theme and the Japanese theme. Queen Elizabeth visited this film studio during her tour to India in 1997.
Innovative Film City, Bangalore
Innovative Film City is located in Bangalore and was opened in 2008. It covers over 58 acres with an extremely fun-filled experience. The film city also hosts a 21-screen multiplex, museums of Guinness world records, Tussaud’s wax collection, Petting Zoo, Mini Golf, Mirror Maze, Mining Section, 3D Studio Tour, and Photo Booth, Funplex within 4D - Theatre, Innovative Talkies, Innovative Wannado City, and Roller Skates., Cartoon City and Dinosaur world besides large food courts, residential apartments and shopping areas.
