Food blogging is my passion and Career as well. There are many successful food bloggers in India who have been able to monetize their blogs and earn more than what their regular jobs were paying.

Tell us about your background and journey

I belong to a very simple family. I just pass-out my 12th class. I am interested in blogging. So worked on it during the lockdown period. It has been an interesting journey.  My family supports me a lot & suggests new ideas to evaluate my work.


2. Which is your favourite cuisine and dish? 

My favourite cuisine is Indian cuisine & dish is kadhai paneer.


3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career? 

Food blogging is my passion and Career as well. There are many successful food bloggers in India who have been able to monetize their blogs and earn more than what their regular jobs were paying.

According to me, hard work always pays off. Persistence is the key to success. I am an amateur in this field but the love received from the Instagram family was amazing. 


4. Which restaurant/food joints would you recommend to food lovers? 

There are so many restaurants for food lovers which provide world best food and service as well. Some of them are located in old Delhi, Gali Parantha wali, Khan market, the dhabas opposite Connaught place etc.


5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

According to me, it depends on the taste  and the service provided by the restaurants create the type of posts your potential customers will want to read such that

(a) New menu item descriptions
(b) Event announcements
(c) Customer involvement posts
(d) Employee feature stories
(e) Seasonal trend discussions


6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

It is white sauce pasta. I can perfectly relate to its characteristics. It has a very subtle taste.
