Tell us about your background and journey.
Hi, this is Avijit Biswas. By profession, I'm "Assistant Engineer" in KMDA and by passion, I'm a "Food & Photo Enthusiast". Eating different types or kinds of food is like an addiction to me from childhood. Having a freshly Fried Hot "Beguni" from a random roadside stall after having a full plate of "Chicken Biryani" from another roadside stall, I'm that kinda foodie.
Yes, I know. I eat when I'm happy or sad or frustrated or broken or simple you can say I just live to Eat. My dream is to cover all the eating places available in Kolkata it may be a roadside joint or it may be a 5 Star Restaurant.

How would you differentiate between the term Blogger and an Influencer?
Blogging is a huge thing, it requires lots of knowledge, studies, information and all good writing skills to make a solid impression with the blog. On the other hand, the word Influencer is a very heavy word.

How would you differentiate between the term Blogger and an Influencer?
Blogging is a huge thing, it requires lots of knowledge, studies, information and all good writing skills to make a solid impression with the blog. On the other hand, the word Influencer is a very heavy word.
For that, you need to have that much of social as well as practical presence when a handsome amount of people will get influenced by the activities that particular person. That's what my personal beliefs regarding these two aspects.

In my daily activities and from the all-new creative people on Instagram from them I'm learning a lot Daily.
Is it financially stable to have blogging as a full-time career option nowadays?
Not at all. The blogging scenario in Kolkata is not stable at all. On my 8 years of career, I only have seen very few genuine professional Full-Time Bloggers like Rukshana a. Kapadia, Poorna Banarjee, Indrajit Iahiri, Luna Chatterjee, Raina Kshestry and some others. So you can understand difficult to keep yourself sustained in this industry.
Which quote is your favourite and what connects you to it?
Two are there I follow wholeheartedly and Inspire others to follow too...
