An Indian Police Services Officer, Mohita Sharma Garg, from the 2017 batch was recently seen in a popular Television show hosted by Amitabh Bachchan Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC).
A woman who not beautifully and strongly represents the women empowerment in the Police department but also in this game which shows she was not selected as an officer by chance.
“Agar Accha nahi kheli toh log sochenge ki kasie kaise log aa jaate hai service mein”, she justified this statement when she won 1 crore in the show.
She was not selected in one attempt but she learnt from her mistakes and attempted the UPSC exams 5 times, to become an Officer. In this era where adults lose their hope in 1-2 attempts but she never gave up and became an inspiration to those who wish to succeed in their life.
Mohita Sharma is from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh but she lives in Delhi. She received education at Delhi Public School (D.P.S) Dwarka. After school, she graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Bhartiya Vidyapeeth College.
She is a single child because of that she and her parents had to hear stereotypical comments from the people of the society. But proving everybody wrong she becomes a successful and decent police officer.
She said in the show that she never used a bad word with people in her life and she tries to tackle every problem with honesty. But what makes her so successful in her life and why her story is inspiring to many of us?
Here is the answer to why this IPS Officer became so inspiring to all of us -
1. Uniform Is Her Identity
The Assistant Superintendent of Police, who administers two police headquarters in Bari Brahmana, Jammu, invests wholeheartedly in her Khakhi uniform. Her gigantic feeling of obligation was very clear with her perfectly discussed sonnet -
Lagta hai ye josh us sher ka hai,
Jo saja rehta hai mastak par.
Ya ho sakta hai, ye aashirwaad ho un taaro ka,
Jo timtimate hai humare kandho par.
2. Battling Her Life Circumstances Like a Boss
She shared her rousing excursion from being constrained to consider designing to discovering her way. It was during her fourth year of designing, that her school chief proposed her to clear UPSC tests. To deal with this objective, she surrendered 3 position offers.
After 5 years with no training (because of monetary issues), she endured. Indeed, even now she is seeking after Environment Law and needs to turn into a National Security Advisor like Ajit Doval.
3. Her Gratitude Towards Her Parents

4. Being a Supportive and Loving Wife
It contacted the hearts of many, when Mohita (or 'Mitu') shared how she met her better half Rushal (an IFS official as of now filling in as the Assistant Conservator of the Forest in Jammu) a year ago through an orchestrated marriage set up.
She shared when she got some answers concerning her better half's endeavours to be on the show, she likewise conceded to her significant other's dream! She says, "Jab se unhone mujhe bataya, unka sapna mera sapna ho gaya" (Ever since he let me know, his dream turned into mine).
Her devotion and difficult work instruct us that if on the off chance we never abandon our dreams and simply continue working for them then the sky is not the limit.
She didn't have any direction yet that didn't prevent her from seeking after what she needed. Mohita gained from her slip-ups as she pushed ahead without concocting any senseless reasons.
