My blog was just a hobby in the beginning. It was a creative outlet where I could share my style and tips on fashion and now its a part of me and I am recogniZed as Nstreetfashion than my own name Neena Kumar.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I was born to a Telugu father and a malayali mother from wayanad (where I was born ). I was brought up in Chennai,Tamil Nadu. .Despite my mixed regional back ground, I call myself a Tamilan.

I always wanted to study and pursue a career in fashion but ended up doing engineering (electronics and telecommunication ). Now I am a full time fashion blogger /influencer.

2. What attracted you to start your own blog?

After my graduation ,I took a small break. During this time, I used read a lot of fashion blogs and follow a lot of fashion videos on you tube which motivated me to start my own fashion blog Nstreetfashion.

3. Should blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Blogging can definitely be a regular career , however you need a lot of patience and hard work before you start generating any revenue. Note consistency is the key .

4. What is the current trend in fashion industry?

While majority of us might not have dressed up this year for obvious reasons , but these 2020 fashion trends are still happening and you can wear these style into 2021 . Some of the current fashion trend I love is:

ruffles and frill outfits
oversized boyfriend jacket and shoulder pads
organza shirts
bucket handbags
black face mask
Boots with midi dress

5. What tips would you like to give to your followers?

Scrolling through Instagram is now a habit than sipping a morning coffee .Instagram is a blessing for a lot of users but it is also a weapon . A weapon we use against ourselves .

Comparing yourself to other people has never been so easy .It evokes envy and everything on Instagram looks gorgeous , not everyone looks the same in real life. .

6. Tell us more about your blog 'nstreet fashion'

"Nstreetfashion" as the name says its all about street fashion. I started my blog in 2014 . My blog Nstreetfashion is a platform which showcased my personal style and the latest trend/tips in vogue .

My personal style is a combination of edgy, powerful and at times girly .My style keeps changing according to my mood. If you follow my blog , you can see different styles and versatile .

I also love sarees and have a huge collection .Off late I have started showcasing my saree collection in the blog.
